Enjoyable stay
I felt at home here and Kevin was amazing and so kind! The bed is so comfortable! I loved sitting out in the hammock swing reading a book and listening to the birds. Noise travels a lot from upstairs unit into downstairs unit, but that's the only con for this space! Would definitely stay again if back in the area!

Cutest little house on the hill! Safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Close to everything including grocery delivery. Large bedroom, well equipped kitchen, trendy furnishings and a huge wraparound deck facing east for those gorgeous sunrises over the mountains. Great home away from home for healthcare staff like myself. Kevin was super helpful and easy to work with, 10/10 would stay here again!!!!

Great location, responsive hosts.
We stayed in the top level of this house, we found it close to everything (literally 10 minutes or less) and being near the Biltmore Village was great. This house is furnished with everything you could need including a full kitchen, laundry, and tv! K was a attentive host who makes sure everythings ready when you get there, I would definitely pick this place again in Asheville.

Beautiful Spot, Good Privacy Overall
Good overall spot, very private and easy access to the highway as well as shopping centers. This place includes standard small coffee machine, toaster oven (no full oven), water heater appliance, full fridge, full bathroom (beautifully renovated), and private washer and dryer. Had no issues with WiFi, no television in unit when I lived there. I only took off one star because of being able to hear my upstairs neighbor very easily, as well as overall limitations that come with this basement apartment that is right next to a wooded area (very minimal issues with insects, no full oven for downstairs unit for cooking and meal prep). Never felt unsafe due to location, loved that I got the full downstairs to myself; home owner was very kind and responded quickly to texts/phone communication. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again!
