Great rental

M was a wonderful landlord while I stayed here. I booked this apartment but ended up transferring to a different apartment in the building (the attic apartment, at my request). M was a very sweet person, always kind, friendly, and accommodating. She tended to any concerns or maintenance needs quickly and was a wonderful person to rent from. The location was great, it was easy and convenient to get to Providence and other RI towns. There's a big park (Roger Williams Park) nearby, and I enjoyed many walks there throughout the summer and autumn. I also appreciated the on-site parking lot at the building, it was convenient to never have to worry about street parking. I'm glad I stayed at one of M's rooms and would definitely recommend her!

Clean and Close to Hospitals

The owner is wonderful to work with and the apartment is great. Older building but upgraded appliances, windows, etc. and nice furniture. Overall a quiet and convenient location with off-street parking. Close to CVS, Walgreens, grocery stores and restaurants and the Roger Williams Park. Would definitely stay here again and it would be perfect for longer stays than I ended up needing.

Perfect for our needs

The location was perfect. On great bus routes, near a beautiful park and shops and restaurants and a farmers market nearby. The area was safe and friendly. The apartment had everything you could want, even things like glue and scissors! It was so well equipped and everything worked really well throughout our stay. The house was warm with constant hot water and comfortable and attractive. Our landlady and landlord were wonderful. They even had us over for thanksgiving and gave us vegetables from their garden! They helped us quickly with whatever we needed. I fully recommend this apartment.

Perfect for our Summer internship!

This house was perfect for our little family while we were in Rhode Island for a Summer internship. The house was so cozy and clean. Our 2 year old loved the yard and the Roger Williams Park across the street. Marilyn is so kind and was so accommodating while we were there. Prior to us coming to Rhode Island she went out of her way to find a toddler bed for us to use during our stay and also surprised us with some toys for our daughter when we arrived. We loved staying here and would recommend this place to anyone! You will not be disappointed. Thank you for hosting us, Marilyn!

Fantastic

My husband and I were here for 9 months and it was a great experience. Landlords were so helpful! Parking was plowed promptly in the winter. Great price for the area and the bonus sunroom with a bed was awesome for the occasional overnight guest. Appliances were in good working order and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Working fireplace was a definite bonus for us. I would absolutely stay here again!

Close to Providence/ Hospitals!

Our Landlord was fantastic. Very friendly, accommodating, and over quickly to fix/repair anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of parking spots around back. If we ever moved back to the Providence, RI area we'd definitely stay here again! Thanks so much Marilyn and Eli!
