The rented 2nd level has its own living room, Kitchenette, W/D with 2 full bedrooms and a full bath. There is plenty of light b/c its not a basement.
Its a quiet, clean & peaceful home. $950 is for 1 person that's open to the other room possibly being rented. It is more $$ if you want place to yourself or with spouse.

Great experience
Had a great experience here. This was my first Travel assignment and felt very comfortable here. Host was accommodating, quiet and respectful of my privacy as well my night shift schedule.

Awesome Cul de Sac
Such a wonderful host with a clean comfy home to share. My only regret is that I couldnt stay longer. If Im ever in Fort Collins again I would only stay here. Thank you so much Ms Brenda for everything. I truly appreciate you and your wonderful space.

Clean, Comfortable, and Welcoming
Brenda has a lovely home located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. This has been one of the best locations I've stayed since traveling. Brenda is very easygoing, friendly, and helpful. Definitely stay here for your Colorado assignment...highly recommended!
