Great 1st floor unit, great location.

This is a bright, sunny & spacious apartment with a year round sunroom/dining/sitting area where I spent most of my down-time. Great Winthrop location. Owners are wonderful & welcoming of dogs.

A Beautiful Home!

We stayed in this beautiful home for seven months after selling our home, and we truly love it. The first floor apartment is very spacious, roomy and bright! Everything you need is provided for your use. E and R are wonderful and caring landlords. They take pride in their home and respond instantly to all requests and inquiries. We are now relocating to another state, and we feel truly sad to be leaving here. We hope to come back and stay here again for future visits to family and friends. We thank you, E and R, for everything. We have enjoyed our time here immensely.

Exceptional Host & Exceptional Home

E is a wonderful host, she really cares about providing a nice and comfortable home. She and her husband are super helpful and kind. The home is bright, spacious, thoughtfully decorated, clean, has plenty of storage, and is recently renovated/well maintained. The neighborhood is pretty quiet (actually shockingly quiet, considering the airport is nearby -- the air traffic is routed in a way to avoid flying over the town) and feels very safe, and the house is near parks and the beach, which we've loved taking advantage of to walk our dogs. It's also convenient, with a neighborhood grocery store and a T stop nearby. My wife and I have really enjoyed our stay here and absolutely recommend E as a host!

Great Short-term Rental!

This rental has been the perfect place to stay during my travel nursing assignment in Boston. Its close enough to the city to easily commute to work, but also a nice spot outside of the hustle and bustle of Boston. The place is fully furnished with all the essentials. It is so cute and quaint. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of permit free parking. Emma, the landlord, has been so incredibly kind and helpful. I couldnt recommend this little gem of a rental enough!

Winthrop apartment

The host, Emma, was very friendly during my stay! Perfect for a student looking for temporary housing. Came fully furnished, so I didnt have to worry about anything when I moved across the country. Theres a ton of street parking available for when guests come over!

Clean & Modern with Great Location

We ran across this property after meeting the owner Emma, on a trip. My husband was consulting in Boston for 3 months, so this worked out perfectly. I loved how clean and modern everything was. The home itself, is quite beautiful and a cute little cottage. As my husband and I are avid golfers, this was also the perfect location. Emma was a gem at helping us locate the home as well as making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Truly a great experience and would easily recommend this property to anyone needing a place in Winthrop.

Loved it !!

Stayed at this beautiful property when I was interning at Mass General. Super convenient location as the train station is a couple blocks away. Perfect in the summer because the beach is so close. Landlords are so kind and helpful. (husband is a contractor and always helped upkeep the unit) Wish I didnt get relocated because I would have loved to stay.
