The large deck is dog-friendly and has stairs to an fenced grass area, all in all it is about 2000 feet of outdoor area. Part of the area is a very large deck. The laundry room is off of the deck, it is huge and is yours exclusively. Big enough for bikes, kayaks, and lots of other stuff, there are even cabinets. I don't always charge a pet deposit, it depends on the animals.

Charming Home and Great Rental

My partner and I stayed here during his 13-week contract at Bay Area Hospital and were very pleased with the rental and L and S. When we arrived, the refrigerator needed replacing, and L and S were quick and happy to do so. The place is close to downtown Coos Bay and only 7 minutes from the hospital. We are avid hikers and there are several trails of varying distances within 10-30 minutes that we visited often. We traveled with our dog, and we're grateful and relieved that L and S were accommodating to our pet child. There is also a dog-friendly loop nearby that we appreciated having so we could walk and stretch our legs. Overall, we loved our time in Coos Bay and are very thankful to have found a place with such great hosts!

Dear M, Thank you! It was our joy to host you. You are both terrific tenants and we'd be thrilled to give you a recommendation should you ever be in need of one. The fridge picked the second day you were here to die a sudden death. We went to Eugene the next day and came home with a pretty new stainless fridge. Excellent stay

This was our third experience renting through furnished Finder. L and S have created a beautiful place where a traveler can feel at home and their privacy is respected. The property is very well-maintained. The views are fabulous. The living areas are spacious. There is also a very large back deck where one can enjoy ones morning coffee. Any requests or concerns we had were addressed promptly. Even the laundry room is amazing! We really cannot say enough about this very lovely property and the charming, gracious hosts. If you have the opportunity to stay here, you are indeed a blessed person.

Outstanding experience

This property was outstanding! Everything was just as showed in the pictures. And the Views!! I miss them already. Anything I asked for or needed, S and L were right on it. They were amazing hosts/property owners. They were both so welcoming and friendly! I give this rental a 10/10 and would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay!

I was a travel nurse in the area for 13 weeks and l needed a safe and reliable place to stay by myself. I sure got lucky when I found this listing. It is in a great location, close to a nice beach and less than 10 minutes from the hospital. The space was perfect and had everything I needed. Also, I felt that I had privacy there. Lauren was always reachable, answered all my questions and gave me great recommendations for restaurants in Santa Barbara. I was so sad to leave! Highly recommended!
