Loved staying in this apartment. Clean 2 bed/1bath with laundry in the unit. The landlady is wonderful, always available via text and quick to respond with any questions. The unit is close to Yale New Haven Hospital, about a 10 min drive. Street parking, first come first serve, but lots of spaces. About a 10-15 min drive to downtown with lots of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
I stayed at this property from beginning of June to the end of August 2021. H was a fantastic landlord, very friendly, responsive, and fixed any issues in a timely manner. The condo was well equipped and in a nice neighborhood. I would stay here again in the future!
