Was a wonderful stay

I was happy to stay for 5 months. Luda was amazing and both the location and the actual apartment itself was so nice. Would recommend for anyone.

Great Place

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood is nice, and the downtown area is just a short drive away. If you enjoy hiking like I do, the White Mountain National Forest is only about an hour and a half away. Luda is one of the nicest people Ive ever met and made me feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself back in Manchester!

private, quiet, easy process

Luda (the landlord) was great. I was coming on assignment from the Texas and was able to virtually look and lease the place - no problem. A neighbor had a key on arrival. Electronic payments were easy. The place was clean, quiet location, easy access to freeway and work in Concord, fun activities in Boston. She provided window A/C units in the summer which I appreciated. Overall, I'd rent again for sure if I was back in the area. Thanks, Cam

Excellent stay which we love ...

Everything you need is here .. it’s a cozy home with all amenities just near Manchester NH downtown . We stayed for a year and more in the same unit . Everything was exactly same as shown as advertised . The place have a wonderful backyard which we enjoyed the most with our son .(kids friendly ) Above all our land lord Ms .Luda Berezina is a fantastic person who is very reaponsible and caring .everything was taken care off accurately.. I strongly recommend this place for your stay when you are here in Manchester / nashua area .. Thanks Rahul , Mary & Sebastian ( our lil champ )

Apartment is well managed and great size. Owner is easily available to answer all questions. I’d recommend this place to any traveler.
