Awesome place & Landlord

This is a great place!! Paul O is a fantastic landlord, very nice and accommodating. No issues with privacy. The pool & hot tub was a wonderful amenities we used regularly. The neighborhood is very safe, my husband & I had no issues on our walks. We definitely would stay here again!!

Truly a dream stay!

Paul is the best Tenure you could ask for. the hospitality I experienced was above and beyond! He's a fun personality who was easy to befriend. The rooms are left to the imagination of top satisfaction as the pictures don't do them justice. The area is not only beautiful but safe and neighbor friendly. Parking garaunteed and Laundry easily accessible. Shopping districts and gym all within minutes from the house including diners and urgent care conveniently located. If I ever return to the area for another assignment I hope this place will not be occupied so I could return to my traveling home again. Oh yeah there's also a hot tub and pool! This place gets a perfect 5/5 stars, 10/10 satisfaction. Favorite stay that I'll surely miss.

GREAT PLACE!

P is a great landlord! My room was huge and the water pressure was fabulous. I worked multiple different shifts and was always able to sleep. The neighborhood is beautiful and I felt safe no matter what time I came home.

Great area, great landlord/host! P is a friendly and very respectful of your needs and space. If you need anything he is quick to make it happen. Often other travel nurses stay here. Hot tub is always clean and hot. So happy I landed here. Close to Johnston-Willis Hospital where I worked. Other nurses staying here worked at Chippenham (a bit further, but not a bad commute). If any of his rentals on this property are available, dont hesitate. You wont regret staying here! Dont bother getting a hotel for your first few nights, just pull up here, meet P, and unload your car.

Great place in a safe neighborhood

I stayed in the basement apartment for 5 and a half months. This place is bigger than my first home. Very comfortable. I had everything I needed. P is a great host and attends to all your needs. The house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood and its close by everything. I was able to enjoy the pool as well. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!

Great Property and Location

The owner has a wonderful property situated in a beautiful neighborhood. The space provided to tenants is a great size and is quiet for days off. He is very welcoming, yet respectful of tenants privacy. Ideally situated close to a variety of shopping centers, parks and trails, and hospitals, this is a property I will definitely keep in mind for any future contracts in the area.

Awesome Place

The place is clean, very nice, and in a safe neighborhood. The landlord is a nice guy and puts his tenants' needs first. Hot water, climate-controlled and comfortable. Plenty of privacy. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Several groceries in less than 5 mins.

Perfect location in a lovely neighborhood

This was the perfect place for me to stay while working on a long term film project. Spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The homeowner/host made extra effort to be sure I knew the area and everything Midlothian has to offer. The pool was a wonderful retreat during the summer months. Air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and close to everything. This is a gorgeous neighborhood and you can be confident and safe in this lovely home. I highly reccomend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Nice property, awesome host, great location!

A private rental with a garage AND a pool?!! AWESOME!! More than enough living space for 1 or 2 people, quiet and safe neighborhood..an awesome place to walk & bike. The pool? Awesome!! So close to everything West Richmond has to offer...literally you can find ANYTHING here within 5-10 miles, but when you're at the guest house you feel secluded. Paul is an awesome host, very layed-back and friendly but respectful of privacy. For you night nurses, he makes sure things stay quiet during the day. There really isn't enough space here to praise Paul, Mark, the space and the entire experience!!
