Thoroughly Enjoyed my 3-month stay!

The place was very cozy and in a central location that made getting to work and other fun things easy. Lynn was more than accommodating and easy to work with when problems would arise. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Great 1 Year Stay

This was my first experience with Furnished Finder and it was exactly what I was looking for! I stayed at L condo for 1 year and L truly is the kindest, sweetest landlord that you will find. She took care of all issues extremely promptly. The place is well stocked with everything you could ever need. It is a safe, quiet, and accessible location to all that San Diego has to offer.

Great location and landlord

We moved here as our first spot in SD and we are glad we did because its in a very safe, gated, quiet community and the neighbors are friendly. The complex has two nice sized pools. Within walking distance there is a small market for essentials, liquor and snacks, pub, pizza shop, and a great tasting taco truck. A huge mall is right down the street. Its central to everything. Your are within 10-15 minutes of the Mission Beach, downtown, Balboa, etc . Its spacious and has a good size balcony with a pleasant view. The landlord is super sweet and accomodating. I can't say enough kind things about her! We had two parking spots nearby the stairs up to the condo which were convenient. There is a laundry facility you can use an app or coins with on the first floor and we never really had any issues not having one when we needed one. The landlord has all essentials (plus some) that you would need for an extended stay. We had lots of rooms for storage too. I would definitely recommend.

3 month stay

Central location with accessible parking. 1 space is provided and the other for an additional fee. Well lit outdoor parking with close stairwell access to 2nd floor apartment. Secure complex. Pool & mail box keys are provided. 2 bed 2 bath with laundry located in the complex basement for a fee. Lynn was a great landlord and the neighbor lady was also helpful as well if we had any questions. I would highly recommend living here!

Perfect location!!

My friend & I stayed in Lynn’s place for 16 weeks. The condo was perfect in space for the two of us! It is perfectly located! 10- 20 mins to anywhere in San Diego! Lynn is very nice, easily reachable, and very prompt to responding to your calls/txts. Any issues we had, she addressed appropriately and quickly! The only reason we give the condo a 4 star & not 5, is because we would have preferred a place that had more closet/cabinet spaces for our things and less of the owners personal belongings stored. Other than that we had no problems & would definitely recommend this place to others!

Perfect location!

My friend & I stayed at Lynn’s place for 16 weeks. It is nice, spacious, & perfect for 2 traveling professionals! It is in the perfect location! 10-20 mins anywhere in San Diego. Lynn is very easily to reach and responds very quickly to any problems you may have. She is always prompt in solving your issues! The only reason we give it a 4 & not a 5 star is that we would have liked a place that didn’t have so much of the owners personal belongings in the closet/ cabinet spaces. Other than that we have no complaints. We appreciate Lynn for letting us stay in her home!

San Diego Gem

Let me preface this by saying in over 2 years of traveling I had never had a single issue with property or even property damage. With that said, since day 1 we had several issues with this unit (shared with a friend). Luckily, Lynn was a great tenant who was available and quick to find the right people or solutions for every single issue that arose, including my breaking of the front door. She was gracious, flexible and honest through our entire stay. I recommend the unit because its spacious and centrally located, 10-20 minutes from just about any place you want to go in San Diego, 30 to MEX!
