Charming Private Room with Kitchenette, Parking, and Utilities Included in a Quiet Neighborhood

Cozy quarters with the best company!

Was the cutest spot in a really nice neighborhood. Very walkable and bike friendly. Was perfect for my needs. Mary is the BEST host I've had traveling for work. So hospitable and accommodating. Finn, her pup, is the sweetest and best roommate. If I'm ever back in the area, I'd stay with Mary in a heartbeat! Such a gem!

Fantastic accommodation wonderful person

Mary's basement was an excellent stay. It had a comfortable amount of space including your own restroom and minifridge. I worked at Longmont United hospital while being here and drive drive was not terrible at all. The location is also close to boulder and downtown Denver so you are never far from excitement. Mary is such a wonderful loving person who has an amazing dog , Finn. She is a very down to earth person and privacy was never an issue. I worked nights and it was never too loud which sleeping during the day. I loved my stay there and highly suggest it!

Comfortable stay, wonderful roommate

Mary’s basement apartment was such a comfortable place to stay while I worked at Good Samaritan Lafayette! The bedroom itself is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and living with Mary is delightful! She allowed me all the space and privacy I needed, but she was also always up for a friendly chat or some shared playtime with her amazing pup, Finn. She even included me in holiday events, making that time away from family so much easier. My commute to Good Sam was short and easy, groceries and restaurants are nearby, and there are endless running/walking trails around! I loved living there!
