Fantastic Find!

I had a wonderful stay at this family-owned property. The hosts were professional, responsive, and great communicators. The unit I rented is part of a newer building, with a two-bedroom home upstairs and a one-bedroom studio downstairs. I shared the washer and dryer with the upstairs tenant with no issues; the other units have their own laundry. Despite multiple tenants on the property, it was always peaceful and quiet. I worked a home health job that required calls and charting from home, and the noise level and internet were consistently reliable. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and family-friendly, with plenty of parking and the added reassurance of being in a tsunami-safe zone. The studio is compact but thoughtfully designed, with tall ceilings, a full kitchen, and a lanai that made it feel open and functional. Everything is new and efficient. The location is excellent for commuting and exploring the island. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again.

Wonderful Studio

This is a wonderful studio for a short term stay. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. The room darkening shades are great if you work at night. Great neighborhood location with plenty of parking. The owners are nice to work with, available if you need something but not intrusive. Thanks for the great stay!!

Traveling Emergency Physician

The property is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood located near Kailua and Lanikai beach. The studio itself is spacious with a fully appointed kitchen, comfortable mattresses and great covered lanai. Owner was responsive and friendly regarding a small issue at check-in. I strongly recommend this property.

The Perfect Getaway

My husband and I spent a relaxing vacation in Kailua and had the good fortune to stay at this studio apartment! It is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Parking is not an issue, at all. The studio was very well designed and furnished tastefully. The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances. The bathroom is roomy with a very nice shower. Sliding doors lead to a backyard patio with table, chairs and a grill. We spent a lot of evenings on the patio just enjoying the gorgeous view of Olomana mountain! It was only a short drive to downtown and the beach. It was the perfect place to stay for our getaway to Kailua.

Wonderful studio apartment in Kailua!

This is a wonderful studio apartment for traveling professionals or anyone looking for an extended stay on the island. I am a solo traveling medical student, and it was perfect for my stay. There was plenty of room for guests on a trundle couch/bed if needed. The studio is very clean with new appliances. There was a nice patio outside with a table, plenty of chairs, and a grill. Outside on the patio, there were beautiful views of Olomana (known as the three peaks). The washer/dryer is located outside, and you share it with the nice neighbors upstairs. This studio is located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. The neighbors are all very nice and respectful. I felt safe running outside by myself in the neighborhood. The owner, P, is kind and responsive. His sister lives on Oahu and is very helpful as well. They have a nice, new Honda Fit car that they rent to renters as well. The check-in and check-out process was smooth without any issues. I would highly recommend this place!

Incredible Studio tucked away in Kailua!

This is truly such a hidden gem for a travel nurse. Castle hospital is 3 minutes down the road. Downtown Kailua is about 5 minutes away. My assignment was at Queen's punchbowl and my commute was anywhere from 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. A very easy drive to nearly any hospital in Honolulu. I absolutely loved my time at this studio. The house is surrounded by lush jagged mountains, and the view of the famous Olomana (three peaks) mountain is breathtaking. The studio is maintained very well, new and efficient appliances. Plenty of space for a single occupant or couple. Two pull out twin beds for guests. A beautiful backyard space with outdoor dining/seating. Plenty of street parking. The street is very quiet, very limited traffic as the street is a circle. Neighbors are wonderful and quiet. Laundry is outside and shared with only the upstairs neighbors. The owner, Pete, is very kind, responsive and attentive! I very highly recommend staying here!
