I had a great stay at this property. It gave me the privacy I wanted while still offering the chance to connect with Casey here and there. Casey is incredibly thoughtful and goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. The location is super convenient - as it is just a quick drive to downtown for perfect nights out. Parking is in the neighborhood, but I had no issues finding a spot. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-suited stay.

Home away from home

Iam a travel RN and I stayed with C for a few contracts. During my time I was given full access to any extra storage closet space, the kitchen and W/D. C was great at getting repairs done as they arose, and as fast as she could. I am a night nurse and the house was always quiet, and comfortable. The bottom floor was perfect as one could have complete privacy and even a seperate locked enterance. The area is central to the grocery store,gym, and car mechanics place. All of which was very convenient for me. The only issue was available parking at times which was out of C'S control. There was no designated assigned parking spots on the cul de sac permitted thereby first come, first serve basis applied. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this safe location& would stay again!

Amazing!

Host is amazing- extremely welcoming, friendly and respects privacy Very organized, very clean set up. I gave full intention of another assignment in the area and staying here again! Great host became great friend!

WONDERFUL!

The house was absolutely perfect! The bedroom was a nice size and had plenty of storage. Casey was a perfect host. She always made sure I had everything I needed and was always on top of doing things to keep the house in perfect condition. The rental can be as private as you want. You are in your own floor, so if you want quiet time to yourself you can have it, or if you want to mingle in the common area you can do that too! The neighborhood is safe & is great for long walks. It was a super easy drive to Prisma Greenville Memorial. Would definitely stay again!!

Everything you need in a short term home :)

Perfect home for first travel assignment. Safe neighborhood thats a short drive from shops & downtown. Apartment is perfect for my nightshift schedule- private floor downstairs with cozy room & own bathroom. Middle floor great kitchen, laundry, and living room. Owner is so helpful with any questions. Would recommend to anyone!

One month

Casey's property is perfect for the travel nurse. This room is quite and dark, great for shift work. Casey is involved- there was an issue and she resolved it as quickly as possible. I would stay there again.

so easy and peaceful

My stay here was ideal. Because the bedrooms are two floors apart, tenants have lots of privacy if they want it. The neighborhood is convenient and quiet. This apartment had lots of big windows for natural light and Casey did a fabulous job designing a peaceful and beautiful space.The comfortable seating on the little deck off the kitchen allowed me some great outside meals. Many landlords made sure my needs were met, but Casey had thought of everything so I felt like I had no needs at all. She is super kind and quick to respond to questions. I absolutely loved my time here!

Little peace of heaven!

I am a traveling PT that was contracted in Piedmont, SC. When looking for a place to stay, I wanted to be in the Greenville area in order to be close to many of the activities and attractions. For a long time I decided that it was best to live on my own, vs with a roommate due to bad experiences in the past. This time, I took a chance and stayed with Casey in her beautiful townhouse. I could not be happier with my experience and/or the friendship I developed. Since I am limited in what I can write, I will say that I highly recommend Casey's home if you are traveling to this area. :)
