If youre looking for a nice, safe place to stay, look no further. Solo travel nurse here and I stayed for a year in this studio. I worked at 2 hospitals and I liked that I was just down the road from busier LA. Safe area to walk, run, bike and not far from freeways, eateries, stores, mountains and the beach. Cameras and lighting on the property, W/D, plenty of parking out front. T and T were great landlords annd addressed any issues immediately. I definitely would stay here again if I got another contract in the area.

Studio B

I stayed at Studio B for 3 months and it was a great experience. The studio was 15/20 minutes to the hospital I worked again the Studio had everything I needed for my stay there. T and his family were great. He was very responsive when I had any issue. The area this place was in was safe and quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here. You do not have access to swim in the pool there but can sit around it.

Cant imagine a better stay

If this property is available, count your lucky stars and book immediately. T and his family could run a masterclass on hospitality- they are warm, welcoming, but never abrasive or demanding. The apartment is on a beautiful block right next to a sweet little town center with coffee, French food, and a boutique. The apartment is perfectly designed so everything has its place and the space is maximized. I could go on and on- ultimately I cant imagine a better stay. 12/10

Small but functional

A great rental for those looking for a cheap but functional place to stay. T was very approachable, responsive, and helpful. He and his wife made me feel like family whilst staying and it truly did make the stay even better. The neighborhood is safe and quiet to walk around, a great way to unwind after work. The studio was quiet and offered enough privacy to allow me to sleep for when I worked the night shift. Street parking is available and each tenant had an assigned area to park so there was never an issue with trying to park. Packages could be easily delivered to the address with no issue. Food and stores were nearby and the neighborhood was centrally located to areas of LA that one could explore. The TV did not have cable and it wasn't a smart TV but all it needed was a Firestick. There was no toaster over but again, an easy fix. I truly wish I could have stayed longer and will look into this studio should I be in the area once again.

The best!

I lived here for work and absolutely loved my stay! The location is safe, walkable, and central to LA. Plenty of parking if you have a car. T and his family are accommodating & friendly - I rarely had an issue but when I did, it was fixed promptly the first time. On site laundry is always available & internet was provided. This is the perfect place for someone needing a safe & quiet home. I miss this studio & Tonys family - I hope others love this studio as much as I did!

Best Stay!

Hands down the best place to stay. Tony and his family are awesome and honest people. My privacy was maintained but I was also included when I was home from work. Quiet neighborhood, easy to sleep when working night shift. You seriously cannot go wrong staying at this studio. Its cute and well maintained. I would 100% stay here again if the opportunity ever presented itself. Just a hop skip and a jump away from LA and all the excitement!

Studio C

I stayed here for a little over 6 months and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Tony and his family are wonderful. The unit is clean, spacious, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I have everything I needed for my short-term stay there. The location is close to everything, short ride to Burbank, a few miles to downtown LA, easy access to the highways. I'd recommend this unit for anyone for short and long term stay.

Studio B

I stayed in studio B for 3 months. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. I would frequently walk alone around the neighborhood for exercise and never felt unsafe. Tony and his wife were very welcoming and accommodating. I also loved that there was an on site washer and dryer. I worked night shift and didnt have much issues sleeping during the day. My space was very clean and chic upon arrival. They had everything that I needed for my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Studio A

The best place Ive stayed during my travel contracts! The neighborhood is extremely safe & is a great location for multiple Glendale/Burbank hospitals. The studio itself is perfect for a traveler with basic necessities to get you through your contract (including laundry!). Tony & his family are absolutely wonderful and have the perfect balance of maintaining your personal space vs treating you like family. I highly recommend this studio if youre working in the area.

Sweet Little Studio

Tony's Studio B unit was absolutely perfect for me. It has everything one person could need, and comes with a pool as a bonus! I stayed there for about 6 months, both in the summer and into winter. I was always comfortable temperature wise, and the black out curtain was a huge help since I worked night shift. Not only is the unit itself nice, but Tony and his family are amazing renters. There were several occasions where they invited me to join them for meals/barbeques, and they are also very courteous of my own personal space as well. I highly recommend this unit/Tony as a renter!

Dissatisfied

I rented the property month -month during Covid Crises. It's a cute property however, the add offered TV cable, pool, jacuzzi, full size fridge. I paid the dep 1750.00 and rent from 11th to 31st. There was no cable or TV (had to buy my own). No towels used my beach towel. The Jacuzzi has a H20 leak behind the light & is unsafe to use. The pool they wont heat & is rough on the bottom n needs resurfacing (they dont use it havent n years). Fridge is apt size. The H20 was turned off for 24 hours due to a pipe leak to water heater. I moved to a hotel. I was given dep back but he kept all the rent
