Great place!
The apartment is spacious, nicely appointed, and warm. Its convenient to Yale NHH and shopping, as well as a bike path. Shantel was a fantastic landlord, moving in/out was seamless, and I would definitely stay there again if ever in New Haven for work.

Great Apt
This property is right in the middle of everything in Hamden with hiking and shopping both close. The apt is meticulously maintained and has a great balcony, perfect for watching the sunsets. Shantel responded quickly with any issues and is very organized. The only drawback to this apt is it is on a very busy street, if that bothers you, but the AC units were noise canceling for me. I would definitely go back.

Great experience!
The location is very convenient to both Yale New Haven Hospital campuses as well as plenty of grocery shopping and restaurants. There are three parks with hiking trails all within a 10-15 minute driving distance. The property owner is absolutely wonderful and was very flexible with contract extensions. I couldn't have been happier with the experience.

Great Place to stay
Comfortable house with private entrance, plenty of space, all amenities of home. S is a great landlord, responds to all inquiries and concerns expeditiously and with great CARE ! there is offstreet parking and you feel safe and secure ! close to many hospitals not only Yale NH! Close to bike trail and lots of good eats close by! Overall a great place to stay !

Cozy Place
Great apartment, Owner was very attentive, detail oriented and always available. Provided window ACs and provided installation. 3 min walk to local bus that either you could walk after a 15 min ride or transfer at The Green. Great access by bus or car to CVS, Walgreens and a few plazas. I felt safe and comfortable.

Stay in Hamden
I had a great experience staying in this apartment for my first travel assignment at Yale. Shantel was just a text or phone call away and always responded in a timely manner to any needs or questions. She really made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. The apartment is located close to the York Street campus as well as several grocery stores and a plaza just a few minutes away with plenty of stores. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood and I felt comfortable staying here as a single female traveler. Would definitely recommend her place for future travelers!

Great place!
Shantel was amazing! She always responded promptly to messages and always made sure we had what we needed to make our space comfortable. The apartment is spacious and located conveniently for commuting to Yale’s St Raph campus. I would definitely do business with Shantel again

My stay in Hamden
I stayed at Shantel's property for about 5 months for a travel assignment at Yale Saint Raphael's Campus. It was a perfect location, only taking about 10 minutes to drive to work. It was a quick drive down the road to West Rock Ridge State Park for hiking. Downtown New Haven was also a quick drive and plenty of close shopping options.The apartment itself was very spacious and cozy. Shantel made sure that I had everything I needed to be comfortable during my stay. She always responded quickly to my texts and dealt with any issues that arose immediately.She made my stay in Hamden very enjoyable.
