Great place

This studio was great. It is a studio size so keep in mind when packing. It comes with alot of kitchen essentials, more then I expected do also keep in mind. I did a travel contract for 3 months and the owners were great. Quick to respond when anything happened. It was in a nice area, super close to the hospital! Some places in wilmington can seem a little sketchy but I never felt unsafe especially coming home late.

Great, safe place

I had a great experience at the apartment by the lake. I felt very comfortable and safe there during my contract. It was conveniently located, just minutes from New Hanover Medical Center. Erin was very accommodating and available for an issues. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy stay by the lake

We only planned to stay a month but ended up here for over three months. It's a great location, lovely to walk along the lake in the evening. The 1 bedroom apartment we were in got beautiful afternoon sunlight and the room darkening shades let us sleep past sunrise. The apartment had everything you could need (coffee maker, electric kettle, air fryer, vacuum, etc.) The bathroom was a tiiiiny bit snug for us but the seemingly unlimited hot water made up for it. I like that our place was tucked away off the street a bit. If we're ever back in Wilmington, we'll be sure to contact E again.

such a great place! owner is fantastic.

The owner is super friendly and accommodating. I stayed in the studio which has all the essentials that one could need. There is a good sized yard that is gated so the dogs can roam free. The rental is in a fantastic location only seconds away from Greenfield lake which has ample walking trails and fishing spots. Its also right near the amphitheater and you can enjoy the music right from the front yard. There is off street parking and your own designated spot. I honestly would never leave if i had the choice but Im only staying temporarily while I wait for my new house to be finished.

Great place!

This unit is absolutely fantastic! It is the perfect place to relax when not working. Very comfy and cozy. The fenced in back yard has great seating for enjoying a nice day. I would highly recommend this unit to any traveler looking for a nice and affordable place to stay. I cant wait to go back and hopefully stay in this unit again. Thank you E for being so wonderful!
