This is an excellent unit. I had complete privacy and great landlord . D is professional and very accommodating. She response quickly and answers your questions in a timely manner . This place is within minutes to renown hospital and very close to the best restaurants in Reno . Love this place !

Wonderful Apartment

I spent nearly 6 months here, and wish I could have stayed longer! The building has everything you need - a gym, covered parking, and friendly security. It is located downtown, with easy access to the Truckee riverwalk, Midtown, and the freeway. D is very responsive and committed to making sure you have everything you need. She was very accommodating and easy to reach with any questions or maintenance repairs. I will be checking on this apartment if I ever take another assignment in Reno!

Great place in downtown Reno next to St. Marys & the ROC

Overall we had a great stay in this condo. We liked it so much that we extended from March 2022 to June 2022. Its a 2-3 minute walk to St. Marys or the ROC which is very convienent. The condo has everything you could need and the other residents are pretty chill. The owner is easy to work with and will do what she can to meet any request within reason. She's so kind and if you're willing to put them up will drop of decorations for various holidays to keep the condo festive. We used the gym, hot tub, patio and common room pretty regularly and rarely had to share those common spaces while using them. The only negative i can say about it is that the garage was closed the last 2 months we were there but that was out of the owner's control and when we left it was expected to open again in a week or two. There are so many things to do close to the condo. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. You're also about 4 blocks from the river and the parks around it.

Amazing Condo!!!

This is the best experience Ive had when it comes to short term rentals! I absolutely loooove this condo. It is super CUTE, CLEAN, and QUIET. I am a night shift RN, so I sleep during the day and I did not have any trouble as far as noise. The owner, Debra is amazingly sweet. She was nice enough to put blackout shades on the bedroom windows and that helped a lot when it comes to sleeping during the day. She is also very helpful and great at communicating. She makes sure that youre comfortable and super fast with responding to texts and phone calls. She provides you with some food items thatll hold you over for the first few days, which I think is super nice of her . Oh and did I mention how amazing the view is at night time with all the hotel lights? Spectacular! The place is also close to restaurants and grocery stores, which is very convenient. I 100% recommend this place. Her place stays booked so make sure you book ahead:)

Awesome condo

Debra is the best! She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the condo unit. Theres a washer and dryer, a pool, and a gym. Its the works and its located in downtown Reno! Debra provided food and supplies on move in. She makes it so convenient.

Best host and place to stay in Reno!

I enjoyed my stay at this condo in Reno! The condo is comfortable and cozy and Debra ensured that I had everything I needed for my stay. Debra was always available to answer any questions or help with any concerns. She was very kind and accommodating throughout my stay here. The pictures shown with the listing are accurate of the condo! The views are great and the amenities including the pool and gym were a bonus! 10/10 would recommend!

Cozy Downtown Apartment

This property is very comfortable and had everything I needed. Great location, close to tons of restaurants or whatever business I needed to get to. The hot tub is a great plus as well. The owner was easily reachable and always willing to help if I needed anything.

Perfect home away from home

Reno was my first assignment location as a traveler, and I couldn't have been more happy with my home during my time there. The condo was beautifully furnished and the location was perfect, being only 5 minutes away from Renown Regional and within walking distance of many restaurants in the downtown area. Not only that, but Debra was also extremely accommodating with any needs that I may have had. She was even willing to get Venmo so that I would have a hassle-free way of paying my rent every month. If I ever come back to Reno for another assignment, I would hope to be able to stay here again.
