Very Clean Seattle Townhouse in Excellent Location

We had an incredible 9-month stay at this furnished place in Ballard. The home itself was greatcomfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. We loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants, shops, and local spots in the neighborhood. Golden Gardens and Discovery Park quickly became our favorite weekend escapes, both just a short walk away. Jerry was a fantastic hostresponsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. Were so grateful for our time here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in one of Seattles best neighborhoods.

We are traveling PTs who stayed here for 5- 6 months and we absolutely loved our time here. You simply cannot beat this neighborhood. It's very safe, quiet, clean and walkable to anything you could possibly need (restaurants, grocery stores, breweries, farmer's market, public transit). We spent our evenings walking through the beautiful neighborhood or down to the Locks and watched all the wildlife. There is a bus stop at the end of the street which will easily take you downtown for sight seeing. We were able to also get to the airport without needing a car which was a huge bonus! The house was a good size for 2 people, backyard is beautiful and great for dinners on the deck. There is shared laundry downstairs but we never had any problems with this. Parking is also a shared driveway but the neighbors were considerate and we did not have any issues with this either. Jerry and Dorie were very response to any needs we had and were lovely hosts. The house was well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay! Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

You can't beat this location! A place like this is a rare find. Backyard for the dog to run. A deck to sit on and enjoy the sun. Parking in the driveway (don't need to find street parking!) The bus stop is a block away for the 44 to UWMC which connects to the LINK. Downtown Ballard is so close, a 1 mile walk to downtown, restaurants and bars, QFC for groceries. 1.5 mile walk to Golden Gardens park. Other places talk about walkability, but this place is a true 100% walkability. The owner is great and easy to communicate/work with. The only "complaint" is that the kitchen doesn't have a garbage disposal or dishwasher, not a deal breaker by any means when this place as so much going for it. Any future extended stays we need to do in Seattle will definitely be here.

My family of 3 stayed here during our remodel nearby. Being late summer we took advantage of the backyard, and frequently walked to the Ballard Locks, the waterfront, and downtown Ballard. One of my favorites nights was walking to Ballard Ave during Christmas time, we did some shopping, the town was all in holiday lights, we had dinner and walked home on a beautiful winter evening. The owners are amazing and so very kind! Its exactly what we needed during the remodel and were lucky to have found it. Thank you so much!

Im a travel nurse who stayed here with my husband and dog. The location was great- walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Its also right by a beautiful beach park (Golden Gardens) where we went all the time. This townhouse is in a very safe area, too- I was able to walk alone at night, and never had to worry about packages getting taken from the porch. The house itself was a perfect size for the 3 of us, and my dog loved the backyard. I have to also note how great the owner of the property, J***, is. During our stay, if ever we had questions, J*** was very responsive. Since I moved out of the townhouse, I accidentally had a couple things shipped to this address, and J*** was so helpful in getting my things back to me. Would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful stay! Comfortable space with a huge deck. The location is fantastic. Quiet, safe, but walkable to all the wonderful things in Ballard! Absolutely loved our stay. J&D are wonderful and great communicators. We would stay again!

Everything was exactly as advertised. Great townhouse in a beautiful location, within walking distance to the Chittenden Locks, Shilshole Bay, and Golden Gardens! The townhome has everything needed for long-term stay, including laundry and a beautiful back yard for the pups. The hosts, J & D, are very kind and accommodating, but also give you your privacy. Could not have asked for a better stay in Ballard and will definitely return if we are ever back in the Seattle area!

Loved being in Ballard! This place is a perfect location, 10 min walk to the strip of restaurants & shops in Ballard, 5 min walk to the Locks, and about 30 min walk to Golden Gardens. Owners were great & accommodating!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at J's townhouse for 3 months in Seattle. It was very close to a ton of shopping and eating in the Ballard neighborhood. The back yard was great for our pups and great dog walking around the neighborhood. The townhouse was the perfect size and very cozy. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Seattle.

This place is so charming! Close to ballard and such great spots to eat, drink, and walk. This was an awesome place to be for 3 months. Highly recommend. Awesome shared yard.

This property was a wonderful location with tons of walkable restaurants and activities. The landlords were very accommodating and made sure our stay went seamlessly. Would highly recommend.

Great little townhouse, AND BONUS.. it even has a yard with a cute deck overlooking it to have dinner/drinks. Laundry onsite! I was also blessed with great neighbors, both sets. The owners, J and D are amazing and very easy to work with.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property with our 2 dogs for about 6 months. The place was nicely furnished and we were provided all the common necessities fresh linens, pots and pans etc. The owner and his wife were extremely sweet and also provided prompt service when we needed it. Our pups loved the big yard to run around in and chase rabbits. It was the perfect location in walking distance to restaurants, bars and beaches. I would highly recommend staying here. If we come back to Seattle we would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Ballard! This townhouse is in the perfect location and walking distance to local restaurants. Dorie and Jerry are excellent landlords to work with and are the sweetest people you will ever meet. They made sure we had everything we needed and made the place feel right at home. It was great having a yard for our dog and back deck to enjoy our meals. There are lots of windows for natural light and laundry on site.

Great place to stay for a travel nurse. Location was great! I loved staying in Ballard, there are multiple grocery stores nearby and tons or restaurants and bars to try out. The house was a great size and was exactly what I was looking for. My dog loved having a deck and a backyard to play in and the neighborhood was great for going on walks. The landlord Jerry was great and worked well with me when my contract was cut short due to low census. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to other travelers looking for a comfortable and fun place to live.
