FQ Story House Excellent!

I was a little nervous as it's an older neighborhood, but this turned out to be the perfect little protected place in a cozy neighborhood where you can see a parade of doggos being walked, I ended up staying one year (although the calendar won't let me go back that far)! You have your own parking spot, an open stocked kitchen that I loved with bistro seating for working on my laptop. You're right at the end of Roosevelt Row and within walking distance to festivities, but far enough away that it's quiet. Walking distance to coffee shops and dining and the Palabras bookstore. Lisa is there for anything you might need AND gives you the utmost in privacy! I'm pretty sure she's my favorite landlord. You have an eight foot cement block fence for a private patio and washer and dryer right there. I found myself wishing I could just pick up the whole place and bring it to my next destination. Perfect and quiet!

I worked at Banner University while staying in this amazing casita! It was super close to work and downtown. There's bars and coffee shops within walking distance. I was there during the hear and the place was nice and cool! Lisa is a great landlord and very attentive. Would stay here again.
