I highly recommend staying here. This property is very clean, comfortable and has everything you could need. Its in a great location, on a quite street and restaurants, grocery stores, laundry mats, bars are all less than 15 minutes away. Mrs. R is also the absolute best host you can have. She will make sure you have a great stay. I will definitely be coming back to the property when I get a chance.

The BEST Home away from home

I HIGHLY recommend this property. I have never felt so at home while being away from home. This property was extremely clean and matched the pictures 110%. Mrs. R is an amazing person and always made sure things with the property ran smoothly. It was a 10 minute drive to Children's National, and the great location made it so easy to get to fun places quickly. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to the DC area. Loved it!!!

Best Rental of All!

I love staying at this Property. Ms Rosetta was amazing. The place is great for privacy. It was only 10 minutes away from Medstar Washington hospital, which is where I worked while in DC. Parking on the street was easy and I got off at 1130pm. I really recommend this Property to anyone looking for a nice place with affordable rent in DC.

great stay, great host

I worked at Washington hospital center. I stayed with my partner at this apartment. the place is very clean. there is a storage room in the back that we were able to store our stuff, also there is a futon in there for guest to stay if you end up having a visitor, also very comfy couch. the neighborhood is quite and safe. the landlord is very kind and available at all times. she lives right next door with her husband. they were nothing but nice and kind to us. she made us food few times. she supplied us with toilet paper and paper towls as needed. I'd defiantly stay here again.

Great Stay, Reasonably Pay

This by far was the best place Ive stayed. Quiet, safe and the landlady and her family were very welcoming. I wish I could find more places like this in other states but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location. You will not be disappointed.

This property comes highly recommend! I stayed here for about 6mo with no issues! Street parking is easy though parking pass must be renewed biweekly. Inside is clean, cozy and private with plenty of space! Landlady is always just a text away!
