This is a tiny home behind our main house, so it is under a separate roof, and there is complete privacy. Everything has been recently remodeled, so it is clean and fresh. The rooms are small but well-appointed. We installed blinds plus blackout curtains in the bedroom in case you work nights.

Lovely Property
I stayed with the Blackners for just under a year and it was lovely! Both Deb and Dennis made me feel at home and were routinely available to help me with any issues that I needed! For my first travel experience, I was pleasantly surprised how at home they make it! I loved having my own tiny home and it was really just what I needed. They provide basic furnishings like towels and kitchen utensils to really make it easier for you! Couldn't recommend it more!

Amazing Landlords
This charming tiny house was exactly what I needed for my travel assignment in Grapevine, TX. Don't even get me started on the yard: chickens, gardens, composting, beautiful trees!! The tiny house hs everything you need as well, and has a ridiculous amount of storage for such a small space. Very charming unit. However, what really made this experience so amazing were the people. The owners of this property are amazingly kind-hearted folks, and made me feel like I was at home. They made my first travel experience that much better. Would 1000% recommend staying here.
