Clean and spacious home

I stayed at this house for my 3-month contract. It's only five minutes away from the hospitals and is in a safe neighborhood. V was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a full-size fridge. The place had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer, desk, large TV, queen-sized bed, and extra bedroom. The only downside is it's in the basement so there is not much sunlight during the day. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Modern, Safe, Quiet and Clean.

This basement apartment housed myself and another nurse for nine months. It is perfect for two people as it has ample space, two bathrooms and plenty of parking space for our two SUVs. The entrance is safe and well gated. I really loved the technological touches this apartment has such as key-less entry and automatic lights. Victor is a very responsive landlord and easily accessible. The hospitals and amenities are very close. I rode my bicycle to work regularly and was well within comfortable distance for the 15 min call response time for the hospital. I would recommend this location 100%.
