Amazing Experience

I had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for my needs. The bed was comfortable and I appreciate the kitchen that was well equipped , which made meal prep easy. The special touches throughout the home were so cute. I also appreciated the welcome gift. The host was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions I had. I felt right at home and would highly recommend this property to others. The neighbors were also so welcoming and nice.

Couldnt be happier

I stayed the month of May 2025. Everything was absolutely wonderful from the day I made the reservation until the day I left. The host is an excellent communicator. Check in was a breeze. And when I opened the door the first time I was giddy! I knew it was going to be a good location for me, but I wasnt prepared to be in such a charming clean apartment until I was actually there. It was spotless even new towels and blankets The apartment was so clean and well stocked its obvious that the owners love this place as much as I did because they are constantly making improvements- while I was there both the WiFi and some bathroom upgrades were made! During my stay the host also checked on me several times to see if I had any needs. The neighbors are also wonderful and help keep an eye out for you while you are there. What more can I say more than I was treated like family and cant wait until I have the opportunity and privilege to stay here again.

Adorable Home; A Must See

This one-bedroom suite was at an amazing location. So close to the pier, sand, ocean and so many restaurants. We loved the hosts, and they thought of everything to make our stay exceptional. The home had all the amenities and everything you needed for a great stay. The host checked in on us to ask if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this house and would stay here again if in the area. Such a cute place in a great location.

Our favorite place ever!

For starters the owners of this property were amazing, they were extremely helpful and attentive! The property exceeded our expectations. From the house to Pier 24 at Newport Beach is about a two and a half minute walk. The house comes with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, beach toys, etc, which was awesome to have for beach days! The house was extremely clean and there was plenty enough space for two people. Even though there is no laundry, the closest laundromat is about a 10 minute walk, so it really wasnt an inconvenience. When I return to Newport Beach this will definitely be the place I stay and I cant wait to go back!
