Short version, You Will Be Well Taken Care Of Here. Had a great stay. Was cut short due to family stuff, but the landlord, Quency, is awesome, and strives to see that his renters are taken care of. Cannot say enough about him (and the people he rents to, also - no nonsense permitted). If I go back to Raleigh, he will be my first call to check availability. Top, top notch. You'll be glad you chose this place, and this landlord.

I'm always apprehensive when going to a new place as a traveler, when you don't know what to expect, but from the beginning, before I even arrived, Quencey was very welcoming and made everything easy. It didn't take long to feel relaxed and safe. Honestly, looked forward to going home everyday. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house is always clean and neat. Not to mention how close it is to the major hospitals. The tenants are respectful of each other. Q wills always check in on you and make sure your stay is going okay. He is big on communication and actively resolves any concerns you have. Can't say enough good things about this home and Q. If you're a travel professional in the area, this is the place to be.

When I first got this room I was traveling. I planned to stay maybe 2 months ended up there for 6 months. It became a home for me. Quincy was so accommodating, nice and really made me feel safe. He let me stay until I got my own place. He has such a good heart and always made me feel comfortable. So if anyone is looking for a place if he has availability choose him you will not be sorry! Miss the place already!

Feels like home

I enjoyed my stay so much, I kept renewing. The owner is great and very attentive to keeping the house in order, while also making sure your needs are met. I highly recommend any traveler to make this property their home as I did. The location is close to hospitals as well as entertainment and nature trails nearby.

Wonderful, wonderful property! Very clean and always neat. Quiet neighborhood, I am a travel nurse and Q'a home is the nicest I have stayed in. Q is very active in day to day activities at his home and very concerned with safety of his tenants. He has a state of the art security system for his property. Great Find!

This property is a great find in a great location! The neighborhood is safe and the house has many amenities as advertised. The host is very accommodating and helpful with prompt response time. The owner and roommates felt like a second family and I am grateful for that. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity ever presents itself and I recommend this property to anyone in the Raleigh area.

Great Space!

If you're looking for housing look no further! Great host who is very respectful, accommodating , and available 100% of the time. He truly goes out of his way for all of his tenants. The home is well kept and no issues. As a first time traveler, I have stayed at this comfy property for a year and I would do it again if I had to. Felt Like Home Away From Home

As a first timer renting a room in a home, I definitely lucked up in finding this one. Q was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure everything and everyone of his houseguests were well taken care of. Its in a nice location and not too far from the main WakeMed Raleigh campus as well as grocery stores, local pharmacy, etc.

Q and his property were the perfect find! Located in a safe neighborhood and a quick commute to the main WakeMed hospital campus. Property is quiet and well kept! This was my very first time staying in a strangers home while traveling. I was very nervous but I can truly say that Q made me feel very comfortable while away from home. Anytime I needed him for anything, he always made himself available. For this to be my first home away from home, it turned out to be amazing! Q was a gracious host who provided an ideal home for the traveling nurse. His house was always clean and quiet and every amenity was provided for. Q went out of his way to ensure each guest had a 5-Star experience. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay!

My Stay here in Raleigh

I could not have stayed at a better place than here at Q's home. I have been here at this house for a year and three months. I work at Wake Med on New Bern Avenue and it only takes 12 minutes to get to work during 6 pm traffic. I work night shift and the house is always exceptionally quite during the day. Other travel nurses stay here as well and everyone is very quite and respectful of each other's privacy and they are especially respectful of your sleep. Any time you message Q he is very quick to respond. I had a flat tire on my way to work and the next day he was here before I even got home from work to put on the spare tire so I could drive to get a new tire. Not too many people would have done that!! I feel very safe here. Which I believe is very important especially as a single traveler. The neighbors are very friendly and it's a great neighborhood to go walking. Also there is the neuse river trail not even a 4 minute drive from here. The house remains clean.

Great space in a great location. Area is safe. Hospitable landlords go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The shared spaces are kept neat and clean. Short distance to nearby hospital and entrance to Neuse River trail. Also great walking path through the community. Short distance to downtown area, but also far enough away to avoid crowds. Good fit for solo travelers.

Unbelievable Host and Hospitality

If you are looking for a place to stay in North Carolina, relax, you have found a property that really feels like home away from home. The property is extremely clean at all times and Quencey goes out of his way to assure that all guest are doing well and are very comfortable. Quencey is an amazing person who is easy going and relatable because of his many years serving in healthcare. The neighborhood is extremely safe and everyone I met was extremely friendly. The location is conveniently located within easy driving distance of great restaurants and healthcare facilities. Being away from home is never easy but I'm happy to say that while I was simply looking for a place to stay for work, what I found was a place that truly felt like home.

Value: Excellent Location: Excellent Rooms: Excellent Cleanliness: Excellent Service: Excellent My stay was for 3 months and I must say the service was exceptional. My host attended to all my needs. The house is spacious, clean, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It was 30 mins from the airport (just in case you need a flight :D ). Being at this place, I even though I worked night shift: I never had an issue sleeping after work. The place is quiet both during the day and at night. Easily accessible to food, restaurants, and hospitals. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to Raleigh.
