Spacious Santa Fe Townhouse - Southwest Side

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this wonderful, comfortable townhome. The neighbors are friendly, its extremely quiet, and there are plenty of walking trails to explore. Easy access to the hospital, grocery shopping, and the rail station. Off-street parking (a huge plus in SF), a large, enclosed patio with a nice grill. Could not ask for a better stay. The landlords were very responsive and courteous. I didnt have to contact often but when I did, I was assured of a quick response. Highly recommend!

This was an incredible townhouse with a perfect location. Easy access to downtown yet secluded enough to feel homey and private when relaxing outside work. The home has all the amenities you could need. I was especially fond of the kitchen and living area. Tom, our host, was an excellent communicator as we confirmed the lease and throughout our stay. I have rented short-term in Santa Fe before, and this rental experience, in my opinion, is the best available for the price. Five stars, top shelf, Grade A, highly recommended!

This was sucb a great stay, spacious, stylish and affordable. From the comfortable beds to cozy living room. My husband and i loved our stay. We'd love to stay again if we ever needed a short term stay in Santa Fe. The location is perfect, lovely neighborhood. Tom is a great host, communicated efficiently!

I recommend anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and beautiful location to stay here. It is close to stop for public transportation and a shopping plaza. There are plenty of hiking trails near the property. T and E are wonderful hosts. They ensure sure there are enough towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials in the residence. All of the appliances are functional and new. They are prompt to responding to any concerns about the property. I had a great experience staying here with my mom when I was doing an internship in the region.

This was such a lovely, private, safe and comfortable home. Walking distance to train yet so quiet. Only seven minute drive to Christus hospital. Grocery shopping across the street. The owners were always available for questions or needs and so nice. They really wanted to provide me with everything I needed and more. Modern amenities, comfortable bed, cleaning supplies, big washer and dryer. I wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

My partner and I stayed here in Santa Fe while working at Cristus. T and Bj are the best hosts we could have asked for! The rent was excellent for the size. The house is very comfortable and came with everything we needed for our stay. Its in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with very nice neighbors. We didnt have any trouble sleeping during the day for our night shifts. Super close to the hospital, plus a washer and dryer which is a must for me. Would love to stay here again when were back in town!

I would highly recommend staying at this property! It is very close to all major hospitals, as well as shopping, the airport and train station. You literally only need your scrubs and will enjoy a spacious, well-appointed townhouse that is a very good deal compared to similar properties. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are lovely and very helpful. Tom and B are amazing land lords and were very helpful and more than accommodating during my stay. I would highly recommend staying here, as you wont get a better deal in Santa Fe, and I plan on having a family member rent from them in the near future. Great people and great house!!!!

Wonderful townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Owners couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Lots of room inside and private quaint backyard with BBQ. Close enough to everything with walking trails, great grocery store / restaurants within 5 minute drive. My wife and I would definitely stay here again!

As a traveling RN,coming from across the country to an unknown area, my husband and I were extremely pleased with this property, location, accessibility, neighbors, cleanliness, price and landlords! I have nothing but good words to say about this place! It was very convenient to everything- work, stores, train depot, etc. It has high ceilings, a lot of light and windows, a great fenced backyard and so many amenities! The landlords were great to work with, very friendly and were very available to answer any questions or concerns. It was a pleasure living there for 6 months!

Upon starting travel nursing, I chose Santa Fe as my first assignment. I found this place through my recruiter and it did not disappoint. The homeowners are friendly and honest. The residence is spacious, comfortable, and has most everything you would need. It is close to the hospitals, grocery store, community center, and the Santa Fe rail runner train station. It is close to walking/hiking trails. The area seems safe and well lit. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. This was an all around great place to live and work.
