We are located in a small area of rolling hills of SW Medford. Just outside the city limits of the town of Medford but very close to Jacksonville, Phoenix, Talent and Ashland. The area affords easy access to most of what the Rogue Valley has to offer you and is close to all of the medical facilities including Asante Hospital in Ashland. Phenomenal Rental
Lisa and Gary are exceptional hosts. Very friendly and accommodating. Iron Horse Ranch is a gorgeous country spread. I love being just outside of the hustle and bustle., but still close to town and hospitals. 10 out of 10, I would recommend.

Perfect Stay in Medford
I have nothing but good things to say about my stay with L and G. The place was extremely clean and very accommodating for a single traveler. It was a 10 minute drive to the hospital but far enough out for a peaceful stay on the ranch. If I ever end up in Medford for another contract I will definitely stay here again!

Iron Horse Cottage in Medford, Oregon
Great place. It had everything I needed as soon as I moved in. Close to all activities and work, yet just a bit away from all the noise. (5 minutes) Quiet, comfortable, CLEAN, and absolutely lovely. The hosts were genuine and wonderful, and so accommodating and caring for any of my needs. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Beautiful Cottage
Comfortable cottage on a beautiful ranch in the country yet 5-10min from shopping, restaurants,etc. Hosts are friendly and there to help with questions or needs. Highly recommend!

Great property!
This cottage was great for the price! Beautiful area with very kind, welcoming hosts. The cottage was stocked with all the kitchen supplies you could need. In addition, there is a fenced yard with bbq which is nice for the summer months. I felt very safe living in this area with the gate. Couldnt ask for anything more!

Perfect country setting
This is a very comfortable and convenient rental. It is close to the city, but has the advantage of a country setting with quiet and beautiful outdoor areas. The owners are very friendly. It is a safe neighborhood. The cottage is in excellent condition with a beautiful yard and outdoor seating area.

Premium Spot
This spot is in an excellent location with a budget friendly price. There are many sitting areas dispersed throughout the ranch to enjoy the many views! The furnished studio was pristine and up to my standards. It is very nice to be able to grill in your own fenced in yard! I felt safe and the landlords are wonderful people. If I come to the area again I will be renting this place! Its charming!

Beautiful country living
I really enjoyed staying here. The owners are on the property and were available for anything I needed. There is a rooster next door but I liked hearing it and I got to pet the horses. If you looking for something a little out of town this is perfect. Peace and quiet but 15 minutes from anything you need.
