BEST Atlanta Place

The property managers Pam and Earnest felt like extended family! I stayed at their property right after the pandemic hit and they were very sweet and accommodating to me. Whatever I needed they got it to me when they could. Usually checking on me to ensure my comfort and safety. I worked at Emory St. Joseph which was about a 25-30 min drive then AMC downtown which was a 10 min commute. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I had no parking issues. The place is decorated very nicely with stylish touches. Ive been traveling for about 4 years and this is one of the TOP rated places Ive stayed at with cleanliness and convenience. The minor issues that arose were handled in appropriate time and the professionalism. I would definitely stay again if Im in the Atlanta area for an assignment .

WOULD BE MY LAST CHOICE

The only thing I would brag about on this property is the neighborhood. I really liked the neighborhood, it was quiet and pet friendly with nice friendly people. But I would never do business with the property owners ever again. They mislead you as if they are nice and friendly people but then will cheat you out of your money. I was supposed to get my deposit back within 2 weeks of check out and they held onto my money for over a month. After asking for my money on several occasions, I was lied too and then was told I broke a door inside the apartment and they took my money. Then they will tell you that they use professional cleaners to clean and inspect the apartments, which is a lie because when I stayed there, they clean the apartments theirselves. Everytime I showered, the toilet would bring up nasty stuff into the shower. Therefore, the plumbing needed some work. There is no central heating or air so you will freeze to death or you use a space heater which I don't think is safe.

Best place in Atlanta

I had the pleasure of staying at this property for a total of three months. The owners Pam and Ernest are amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was wonderful. They were very welcoming to my dog taco as well. This place is perfect for travelers. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The people are very friendly. I was very comfortable taking my dog for walks in the neighborhood. I worked at Grady while there and it was about a 15min drive which is perfect. The apartment has literally everything you need. If and when i come back to Atlanta this place is my first pick.

Excellent Stay

Pam and Ernest were the best! I stayed at this property during my contract at Emory Midtown. This unit was about a 20min drive to work with traffic. Very quiet neighborhood, I felt safe leaving my car when I would travel back home for visits. Fully furnished unit, all you really need to bring are your clothes. Would recommend others to stay!
