Perfect
This property is in the nicer area of Bakersfield. Residential yet very close to churches, shops & restaurants. Beautiful, safe and very quiet. Ms. N is very accommodating & friendly. It felt like home. Bed is comfortable. Appliances are all in great condition. I love the small dishwasher that is great for single traveler. A little over my budget but quality has its price and I believe its worth it. The place is bigger & much nicer than the pictures here. Smells very good too. I also love the landscaping in the backyard which I have full access. Ms N let me used her driveway to park my car which I think is very thoughtful. I definitely recommend this place.

perfect private housing space for travelers
I had the pleasure of staying with bill and Norma and this point little mother in law so that functions well for one person. Bill and Norma are excellent hosts and very responsive to needs/maintenance concerns. I moved in here after having a theft issue in another area of Bakersfield and never felt unsafe, it is in one of the safer area of Bakersfield. In close proximity to any shopping needs. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I needed housing in the Bakersfield area. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY!

Perfect for Travelers
I had the pleasure of staying here recently and it was a perfect spot for one person. Bill and Norma are very welcoming and responsive to anything I needed. The microwave stopped working and they had a new one for the apartment to use the same day. The neighborhood is in a safer area and close to popular stores like Wal-Mart, Target, Kohl's, etc. It was worth every penny to get to stay in this place while I was in Bakersfield.
