It was fantastic!

I had a great time staying in the room for 4 months. Lily, was incredibly kind and always resolved any issues that came up in a timely manner. The roommates I lived with were also wonderful. I originally had a 3-month contract, but due to scheduling reasons, I needed to extend for another month, and Lily happily agreed. Living with a cat was also no problem at allI didn't face any inconvenience. I will come back definitely if I have a contract near here.

Perfect

I have stayed Lilys apartment for 1 month and I everyting was perfect. Lily and the other people lives in here was so friendly. House is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and has all the utilities that you can ask to live. Just pack you luggage, come and move in! I will definitely stay here if I come to Garden Grove again.

Great stay!!

Room was very quaint with everything I needed. TV, couch, bed, desk, closet, WiFi, etc. Located near many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. L was an amazing landlord as she was always kind, helpful, and quick to respond. Roommates were awesome and friendly as well! Plenty of parking available and neighborhood felt quite safe. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again when in town for work.

Really nice and quiet stay

This place was super nice, clean and quiet. Really loved having a TV in the room, this was the first placed Ive stayed at that did. The drive to work wasnt bad at all. There are many places to eat nearby and lots of stores for grocery shopping in the area. L was super sweet, attentive and easy to get in touch with. Thank you!

AMAZING PLACE

The place was just as pictured, and it was very quiet. Good home, comfortable room, and nice neighborhood. I felt safe during my whole stay there. The homeowner was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Best place I've stayed at (Will Stay Again!)

My first time using this site. Everything was as advertised. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. The whole place is super clean, newly remodeled, organized, spacious, and have supplies to use. Laundry on site for convenience. Plenty of parking space both street and driveway. The neighborhood is safe and plenty of restaurants to go to nearby. My work is about 3-4 miles away so it's perfect. Other tenants are friendly when I see or meet them and quiet as well. They are so quiet that sometimes I think I'm the only person in the whole house =) . Internet is fast and reliable too. I have no issues with this property at all. Highly recommended. Would stay here again.

Would stay again!

Ls place is wonderful. It is clean, modern, and located 10 min from my job. L is very responsive and friendly. The process was very smooth and the terms easy/very clear. I was a bit concerned, as this is my first time using this site, but everything was as advertised. Closet is spacious. Internet is fast and reliable. The area is safe and quiet; I have no concerns parking on the street (and there is plenty of free street parking). There are also restaurants very close by. I barely see the other tenants but when I do, they are friendly. I keep odd hours and was concerned Id wake them but they havent heard me/it hasnt been an issue. Its great to have laundry on site, as well as kitchen essentials. I would stay again and would recommend Ls place to anyone in search of a safe, clean space at an affordable rate with no hassle.

Nice quiet home

Great place to stay during my clinical rotations for school. It was clean and quiet, and I was able to get my studying done without a problem. L is accommodating and communicative. Everyone worked and was busy, so I hardly saw my roommates and when I did, they were all respectful. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have nothing but positive things to say about L and her family. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of space. The place is very clean and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Conveniently located to many hospitals and beaches (including dog friendly beaches). Everyone was very welcoming of my pup. They also have the sweetest dog who loved to play with my dog. The fenced in back yard and driveway parking are a huge plus! I had the best experience with the best roommates!

Great experience

I had a great experience living here. So much so that I stayed from June 2021 until February 2022. L and her family are very welcoming, and everyone is respectful of one another. Noise levels or cleanliness were never a problem. Close to hospitals and beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend living here!
