Cozy apartment in a great neighborhood

I was fortunate to call this place home for 8 months. The apt is perfect for 1 person with all the amenities including a garage, which was a huge bonus. The backyard space is lovely. The neighborhood is quiet. The apt is within walking distance to Kendall Yards, Riverfront Park and downtown Spokane. It is also extremely close to the Centennial trail, Spokane River and US 90. The owners are welcoming and kind along with being rapid to respond with any questions, concerns or recommendations. I would definitely return given the opportunity.

Great place

I wish I still lived here. I loved living in this street-level apartment. M and N created the perfect place to live, close to the downtown core, a private patio, and a single garage, and added all the modern comforts with full-sized kitchen appliances. If you love living close to shops and the outdoors, you have it all. Thank you Centennial Trail, you are a road biker's dream. Thank you for your warm, welcoming introduction to Spokane.

Great apartment, great location!

I lived in this apartment for 3 months and enjoyed my stay so very much! Nick & Michelle were to hospitable and always responded quickly to texts when I needed something. The property was well kept and snow always shoveled. I loved that there was a private garage to keep my car when it snowed. It is located close to Kendall Yards and Riverfront Park in downtown Spokane accessible by the Centennial Trail! The landlords were always great resources for things to do! They live next door but I hardly ever heard them. The apartment itself was immaculate and I was very pleased with the cleanliness!
