Large, Peaceful Garden Studio

Had a great year here!

My husband and I stayed here for an entire year with our dog, and truly had such a great experience! The studio is about 600 sq ft but feels surprisingly spacious, and we loved having our little patio and outdoor garden. It came fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and we were even able to rearrange the furniture to make the space work best for us. The shared space with laundry, extra storage, and a private bathroom was also a huge plus. Diane was an amazing hostvery accommodating with our schedule, move-in, and move-out. We also got to spend some time with her outside of being her tenants, including a few fun wine nights, which made the experience feel even more special. We really enjoyed our year here and would highly recommend both the apartment and staying with Diane!

Great spot

We initially planned to stay here for 6 months but ended up extending for a full year! Diane is great and super helpful and the location is private and easy to get to main roads.

Exactly what we needed!

We needed a place to stay while remodeling our home, and D's place couldn't have been more perfect. It was a peaceful, welcoming place of solace after a difficult move out and during a time when our family experienced several difficult events. The neighborhood is peaceful, and D was supportive, friendly, and thoughtful. When we made an abrupt decision to sell our house rather than moving back in, and to make a big leap to a new home and new adventure, D pivoted gracefully with our changing plans. I'm happy to have had an opportunity to get to know D and eternally grateful to have been able to share in her lovely home. We had a wonderful experience all the way around!

A great home away from home

I stayed at this lovely spot for just shy of a year. Was great from the very first day. D was very welcoming from the beginning. She even checked on me during travel, as she knew I was coming cross country at the beginning of COVID. The apt was warm and inviting. Often would get an invite for tea on the porch. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, a good place to be after those hectic hospital shifts. I so very much enjoyed my time there, and would absolutely go back if I was working in the area again.

Nice Enough

D*** seems to be a great host, but she comes across as caring about you, but just be careful...I wouldn't trust her, she did a "bait and switch" on me that made me very disappointed in myself, because I let myself trust me. Basement studio was nice enough. Cold, but she did give me a space heater, which was better. Not very well decorated, but she might just be getting started. I would not stay here again.
