Housing review!

Great location! Seconds away from tons of restaurants/shops/Walmart/target/etc. Cecily was very accommodating and always made sure that everything was good and asked if I needed anything. Neighbors were very nice and great at giving advice on things to do! About a 15-20min drive to St Jospeh hospital were I was doing my travel assignment! First place Ive stayed that was super super clean and move in ready! I am a bit OCD and this place was up to my standards. Lots of furniture to store all my things for the three month stay! Rent was easy to pay and Cecily gave several choices on how to! Right by several major roads so quick route to just about anywhere in Denver! Would absolutely stay here again!

Location

The location is great. Right off Broadway which is a major street with restaurants and bars. Close to major stores: Wal-Mart, Target, Costco and a couple grocery stores. Great size for travel nursing. I stayed here with another travel nurse. The only complaint is that it is on the corner of a busy street so working night shift it was noisy during the day tryin to sleep. Had to wear ear plugs. At night its not bad, barely noticed the street traffic. Otherwise great spot.

Property Review

This is a cute & clean home that was perfect for two travel nurses. The location is perfect - close to the city, work and not a far drive to the mountains. The landlords are extremely nice and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here if you are working in the Denver area!

Awesome and Clean

Loved my stay at this property. The place was super clean and comfortable. Very convenient, safe neighborhood. Loved how airy and bright the home was!
