Nice owner, very quiet, safe neighbor, close to malls

I was a travel registered nurse when I rented the room. Now I get a full-time job at Fountain Valley. Otherwise, I really want to rent the room with S. She is the best landlord through my experience in renting rooms. The house is very quiet and well-maintained. I shared the bathroom with the other tenant and had no issues. The amenities of the kitchen are amazing. It was the only house with everything I needed: 10 out of 10. S, the landlord is a very generous, and kind person. She had to get technical service twice due to laundry issues caused by my fault, but she never blamed me. There are many street parking in front of houses, malls, and convenience stores close to home. I really want to return to her house, But it is far from the hospital where I work. S and her house is really the best, and price is really amazing.
