Good place

I came to this house a year ago for a 3 month contract at Strong hospital. The place worked out fine. The price was good for a guy that still had a daughter in college. My contracts were renewed multiple times for a year and I stayed this shared home all that time. I guess that means its worth a 5

Great Home in Rochester

I had an internship that took me to Rochester from May through most of October, 6 months. This friendly shared home was everything I expected and met all my needs at a real competitive price. The homeowner would assist if I needed assistance like helping to have my car shipped back to California and offering me rides when my car was in for repairs. If I return to Rochester I will see if space is available at this Park Ave Area House Share location. For me this is a 5.

Property is very close to Strong Memorial where I had my previous assignment (just about $11 Uber fee) then. The landlord-housemate would sometimes give me a ride to do some shopping thus saving me Uber fees. Most considerate! The best factor is the location is in one of Rochester's best and most desired neighborhoods. After my contract, I returned for a second stay for a few days while I attended a training at the hospital and hope if I return for a third time there will be space available in this affordable friendly and peaceful home.

filthy

The entire house is very filthy! It is very very dirty, very very messy! When i arrived, i have to clean the entire room myself. The bed linens are so filthy it looks like it wasnt even washed. Theres no A/C in the room its crazy hot inside the room. Theres no safety and privacy, all the rooms in this house dont have door locks and the shared bathroom also has no door lock! My amazon packages were missing and sometimes opened. If you are cooking in the kitchen, the owner will be there in the kitchen too observing you while you are cooking.
