wonderful place

Dan's place was so amazing. I really enjoyed my stay. It was home away from home. Dan was a wonderful landlord who was very responsive and respectful. His home is in a nice quiet area where you will be at peace and have complete privacy.

Cozy apartment, great location, great landlord

Dan's apartment was great. We had a comfortable stay, we were provided with most of what we needed, and Dan was flexible and easy-going. We especially enjoyed the massive TV in the living room. We had the privacy we needed. Dan stopped by every one or two weeks to feed his turtle and pick up his mail but always gave at least a day's notice. I worked at El Camino in Los Gatos and it was 5 mins away, the gym was a 15-min walk (YMCA), and the grocery store was also about 15-min walk, so it's very convenient. We would recommend renting his property.

Amazing Stay

I had the pleasure of staying at Dan's wonderful place for 10 months. The home is very welcoming, warm, clean and have everything and much more a travel nurse or any traveling professional needs. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, neighbors were and very nice. It was very convenient to have an assigned parking space, washer and dryer and a wonderful 70inch TV that I will miss dearly. Dan was an amazing landlord and I would have stayed for an extra year if my plans didn't change. I would recommend his place to anyone that is seeking a very nice, quiet and clean place to stay.
