Decent Living
There are three units that are part of this ground floor complex. The unit I stayed in was just okay. I felt like I was paying way too much for what it was though. The unit didnt have a functional kitchen and no washer and dryer. Additionally the build quality of the unit seemed poor in general (floor seams that dont match, floor edging that comes up easily, thin walls/hearing neighbors conversations). We had multiple issues with the heater throughout my stay, as well. If the unit had a full kitchen, AC, W/D, Id feel better about paying $2500/month. I had friends just a couple blocks away paying 2100 for a 2b/1bath (albeit not furnished). R was kind and responsive, her husband wasnt the most pleasant.

Beautiful rental in a great location
This roomy 1 bedroom is beautifully designed and is in a great location. Only 4 blocks to the beach and close to restaurants. Nice fenced-in backyard shared by the tenants. I really enjoyed my stay here!
