Cozy&Quiet&Convience+

This condo was a perfect home away from home. Its very spacious, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could possibly need. Terry, the manager, is wonderfulvery attentive and quick to help with anything that comes up. The condos location within the community is private and peaceful. The pool, outdoor hot tub, and small gym are just steps away, always clean, and never crowded. Its such a relaxing spot to unwind. As a travel nurse who works night shifts and sleeps during the day, I really appreciated how quiet and safe the area is. The views of the mountains and the valley are beautiful, and everything you could ever needgrocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops, nail salons, auto repair, and moreis only a few minutes away. Overall, I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. Comfortable, quiet, convenient, and truly cared forit made my assignment so much easier and more enjoyable.

Five star stay-

I rented this home from Terry for nearly five months in 2024 while I was searching for a home in Tucson. Had this property been for sale I would have stayed put! The location in the Foothills is excellent. The views of the Catalina Mountains is superb. The large, private patio was a bonus. I really liked the location of this particular rental which makes it quiet, no street noise. The rental is well equipped and very clean. There is a large desk in the guest room which I needed and it looks out to the east where I occasionally saw bobcats, javelina and roadrunners outside the gate, nice to see a bit of the natural desert here. I also appreciated the reserved parking space nearby that was covered and has security lighting at night. The pool and hot tub and bbq grills are steps away and were always clean. Highly recommend staying here, host Terry is very attentive to details and was responsive.

Amazing Stay and Views

My stay here was absolutely wonderful. The home is beautiful, great location, and can't forget the views. The pool/jacuzzi is convenient only a few steps away. The neighbors were extremely helpful in helping me navigate the area and offering places of interest. T the homeowner was amazing, always responsive, and available to answer any questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during my 3-month stay here and would come here first if my job brings me back to the area.

Amazing House in the Foothills!

We fell in love with Tucson and very much enjoyed living here! Nestled in the foothills and surrounded by beautiful cacti the house is spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything a travel nurse needs. Located just a short 2-minute walk from the gym, pool, and hot tub, the house faces the Catalina Mountains, keeping the walkway private and secluded. The neighborhood is filled with amazing wildlife! We saw a desert tortoise, tarantulas, javelinas, and even a bobcat right outside our door! We loved exploring Sabino Canyon, which is only a short 10-minute drive away, and mountain biking on Mount Lemmon. We found a mountain bike trail, called the Urban Assault trail, that runs from the house to our favorite bottle shop, the Hop Shop. The landlord, T, is very sweet and accommodating. She gave us lots of great recommendations of things to do and see in the area and even shipped us one of our belongings that we accidentally left behind. We highly recommend staying here!!

Wonderful, cozy home in Tucson!

Terry's property was exactly what I needed while being in Tucson. As a PT student out on a 3 month rotation, the short term lease was perfect and it is in a great area right near my clinic, near great hiking trails, and near plenty of food/shops/groceries. It was in a quiet complex where I felt safe and at home. The condo itself was clean, tidy, homey, and included everything I needed for my long term stay there (including the pool!). Terry was lovely to work with and was helpful to any needs that arose. Would highly recommend this property and Terry for future stays!

Beautiful

What a wonderful place. First off the photos don't do it justice, lots of space and that view is at the base of the mountains which never gets old! There is a large hot tub and pool in the common area right outside with two huge grills for public use. We had two available parking spots that were covered and another bedroom for guests. We also never heard other people around us which is huge as night shifters. Terry is a warm, knowledgeable, and responsive landlord. We had nothing but good interactions with her and no real issues! Would highly recommend this property.
