As a traveling Speech-Language Pathologist I have stayed in a number of places and so have a list of "musts," "would be nice," and "no go." I also am able to compare the various properties where I have stayed. Without reservation I can say that "Cozy Beach Condo" not only met but exceeded my expectations. My #1 Choice in Dana Point

I am a traveling speech-language pathologist and was assigned to work for 13 weeks at Mission Hospital. Without reservation I can say that this property has been the best I have stayed in for a wide variety of reasons. Top on the list are the accessibility of my hosts, the superb cleanliness and attractiveness of the condo, its walkable location to the beach, harbor, restaurants, and grocery stores. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the neighborhoods and trails and always felt safe. I highly recommend that Matt and Jennifer's home be top priority on any traveler's list.
