Beautiful Property

Lovely space for a solo RN traveler. This studio was perfect. Right near the water for daily walks and checking out the area. The hosts are nothing short of amazing and made my stay feel like home away from home. Highly recommend.

Great area and great space!

Lovely space in a safe and walkable neighborhood! Close to a lot of beautiful sights and great coffee shops. Having a secure parking spot gave me a lot of peace of mind. K+S were so kind and accommodating during my stay, so grateful to have had them as landlords for my first travel contract and grateful to them for being so welcoming!

Perfect studio space!

This is the perfect studio apartment. I lived here while on a travel contract at Tacoma General Hospital. The studio is private, quiet, and super cozy. It had everything that I needed too. Located in a very safe neighborhood within walking distance of local shops. K & S were wonderful hosts as well. They checked in and were easy to reach if there were any issues, but also allowed me my space/privacy. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great Space and Hosts!

So grateful to have found this studio. I was living on my own far from family for the first time and safety was my main concern. I felt very safe here and keeping my car in the driveway was great. The studio is in a nice, walkable residential neighborhood and its a short drive to whatever you might need. K+S were amazing hosts! They were very accommodating and helped make this my home for a year. I loved the high ceilings and skylights. Highly recommend this space!

Great studio with Great Hosts

I spent three months here during my contract and I absolutely loved every minute of it. The studio is the perfect space to be cozy and comfortable and the skylights makes the space seem so large and bright. I was absolutely in love with the skylights, it was the defining feature for me that really elevated the studio and why I would 100% book again. The other reasons being K and S being incredible hosts. They were considerate and accommodating as well being respectful of my privacy. They have two lovely kitties that are not bothersome at all and there's a lovely yard and garden outside the patio area. I truly have no complaints from my stay here and recommend it to everyone.

Amazing landlords

This is an amazing studio with everything you need as a traveller! Great water pressure, off street parking, safe neighborhood, everything in the kitchen you would need. K even bought a blender for studio when I asked about one. Above and beyond one of the best places Ive stayed.

Safe, comfortable, private studio!

I love, love, loved staying here! Kathryn and Susan have been such wonderful hosts and being a solo nurse traveling here during the height of COVID, they have been so supportive and made me feel so welcome during my stay here. The studio is very clean and set in a safe and quiet location and has possibly everything you need for a short or extended stay (I loved it here so much I stayed for 9 months!). Definitely recommend staying here and cannot emphasize enough how great Kathryn and Susan have been!

Sweet and safe studio!

I loved staying here! I extended to stay a total of 6 months. Its in a beautiful and safe location, just a few miles from Ruston and Point Defiance Park. The place itself is clean and has everything you need. The landlords are wonderful. Theyre very kind and helpful, yet respect your privacy. Id highly recommend!

Great Studio!

My boyfriend and I rented this studio from while I worked at Allenmore. We couldn’t have found a better spot! It's a five minute drive from the grocery store and great restaurants. The studio was small but had plenty of storage; we were able to store all of our clothes (including ski clothes & boots). Kathryn and Susan were incredibly welcoming and showed us around town on our first weekend. We really enjoyed getting to know them; they are both really fun people. My boyfriend and I often talk about how much we loved our experience in Tacoma, and renting this studio was a big part of that.
