Home away from Home!

I have to say I really enjoyed my stay with C, so much so that I extended my contract based on availability of this rental. It was super close to the hospital I worked at and there is a private entrance that leads down into the basement. The place had everything I needed. Plenty of space for my things. I really did not go upstairs much during my stay as I am allergic to cats. C was really accommodating and courteous. Will definitely stay again if I am ever in the area in the future.

Great Space!

C provides a great space with lots of privacy! You have the whole downstairs to yourself! Its very cosy and in a nice location close to everything. If there is a maintenance problem, C is very quick to sort it out. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great place close to everything!

Colleen is a great roommate! I enjoyed my time here and it was great for a night-shifter. Basement is pretty much to yourself. Private bath and living room downstairs to watch movies and chill. Lucy (the most friendly cat) is a sweetheart and kept to herself but loved greeting me when I came in the door. She is loving but doesn't bother you if you want to be left alone. I enjoyed hanging out with Colleen and having dinner and movie nights in the cold winter months when it was nice to just bundle up with a movie from RedBox. Would definitely stay here again! Super close to Boston!
