Incredible Experience

Teri is absolutely amazing! She is flexible, understanding, friendly while respecting your personal space and privacy. Teri's dog and I became best friends. He is a sweet & lovable dog who loves people and other dogs. Teri was extremely accommodating and helpful to my family and dog when they visited. Unbelievable house that is in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The kitchen is fully supplied with cookware and utensils, there's a separate living room in the unit with TV, couch, and coffee table. Tons of storage with a washer & dryer in the basement for your own personal use. There are numerous trails accessible from the neighborhood and it is a short drive to the mountains for hiking and incredible views. I stayed here for 7 months as I transitioned to Colorado for work. I absolutely recommend Teri and her property. I consider Teri and Bentley friends for life.

Has everything for short and long term stays

I rented the unit for 2 months while I was in the process of relocating to Colorado and starting a new job. This basement apartment has it all! It is spacious for one or two people, fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc, washer and dryer, plenty of storage space, TV, fast wifi, and a really nice bathroom. Also very clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very kind and super responsive. Process to reserve the apartment, set up lease and handle deposit payment/refund and rent was straightforward and professional. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of supermarket options nearby and close to 470 for quick access to other parts of the metro area or the mountains. I can't thank enough T for making the space available to travelers and newcomers and make me feel at home while I was going through my relocation process.

Everything you need, great area, great host

Entire basement unit with everything you need: full kitchen with plenty of utensils and cookware, laundry, couch/tv, beds, and full bathroom. Very clean. Great host who is happy to chat with you or happy to leave you be. Friendly dog that loves pets. Great area close to groceries, restaurants, pubs/bars. Close to 470 and 285.

T was a great landlord! Her place was exactly what was specified, clean and comfortable. She is very willing to accommodate any needs. She is very friendly and willing to socialize if you are or completely willing to leave you be and respect privacy. I would stay here again and hope to in the future if I end up in Colorado again.

Amazing host

T is a fantastic hostess! She's friendly, but also respects your privacy. The kitchen is fully supplied with cookware and utensils, there's a separate living room in the unit with TV, couch, and coffee table. Tons of storage. Water gets nice and hot very quickly. The washer & dryer are in the basement, so you have your own personal set. Everything is very clean and the neighborhood is safe and friendly. She even looked after my cats on a few occasions! There's tons of bike trails and it's a very short drive to the mountains for hiking and incredible views. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would have happily stayed longer if my work contract had not ended. I worked in Denver while I was there and the drive/traffic was very reasonable. 5/5 stars, would highly recommend
