Boston suburb

Excellent place to stay. Clean, cozy, quiet, good sized bedroom, laundry, full use of kitchen, good safe neighborhood very close to Boston. I really enjoyed my time here. L is an absolutely lovely kind person. I had plenty of privacy, but also would sometimes watch a movie or hang out with her. Perfect blend. I enjoyed sitting on back deck sipping my coffee in the morning. Trader Joes 10 minutes away!!

I was so lucky to be able to rent from L during my contract at Newton Wellesley. L was super accommodating & easy to get along with! The rental is exactly as described. As a female traveler by myself I always felt safe while staying there! Would absolutely return and hope to be able to soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 month stay in this home. The house is clean, comfortable, bright and inviting. Even the laundry room in the basement is clean and bright. My room was large with lots of space, and storage space for all my belongings. It was spacious enough for me to practice yoga. L, the owner was so accommodating, flexible and easy to live with. She also allowed me to store my bike in the garage. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to this area.
