The BEST casita and even better hosts!

I stayed in this lovely casita for 8 months when I moved to AZ for travel nursing. It's located in a very safe, peaceful area of Phoenix, with grocery stores and plenty of places to eat nearby. It is well kept both inside and outside. Parking is made easy with your own parking space in the driveway and street parking for guests. Space between the casita and main house gives it a private feel, and the hosts are not at all invasive. The casita has a self-entry keypad, alarm system, and security cameras. The casita itself was beautifully designed and is FULLY equipped with everything you would need--surround sound, double bathroom sinks, a pot filler, dimmable lighting, and so much more. The hosts, M & M, even offer a cleaner to visit bi-weekly for a very low price. M & M are wonderful, friendly, professional, responsive, and helpful. They put an impressive amount of thought and effort into the upkeep of their spaces and belongings, and it shows. I would stay here again without thought.

Dreamy Central Phoenix Casita

Where to even start. This has been by far my favorite accommodation set up in my past 15 months of traveling. The location of the casita is fabulous, close to the grocery store, freeway and the Light Rail for easy access to everything downtown. Upon my arrival, the home was extremely clean and is well taken care of, it is apparent the attention to details and care that the hosts put into the property. The kitchen was well stocked and had quite literally everything needed to ensure a home-like feel. I really enjoyed the outdoor space and the ability to use not one, but two grills for tenant use. While the property itself was top tier, I think the best part of my stay were the property owners. Even though you are living in their backyard, I found that there was plenty of space between the main house and the casita. They were extremely friendly and welcoming and made my settling into the Phoenix area that much easier. I had nothing short of a fabulous time and look forward to returning!

Best Furnished Finder I've stayed at

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a little over three months and had the best experience. The property itself is beautiful and incredibly spacious. Located right in the middle of Phoenix with great places to eat and drink within walking distance. It's a great property with even better landlords. They are responsive, easy to approach, and just overall great people to be around.

Perfect Stay

This was a perfect experience for me. The interior is spacious and well appointed with a large open great room and private bed and bath. The Guesthouse is located at the back of the property so that you are not right on top of the owner. The owner is very responsive and provides great indoor and patio amenities. And, the location is GREAT! You are right on the light rail, can walk to the grocery and restaurants and you have quick access to the bike trails.

Wonderful Winter in Central Phoenix!

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful guesthouse for 6 months during the winter in Phoenix, we had an ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL stay! The guesthouse is EXTREMELY well equipped and BEAUTIFULLY remodeled. Plenty of space for 2 people! It has everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. From a beautiful patio & pergola with string lights, to a well equipped kitchen (with pot filler faucet), to a surround sound system & video games, to security cameras & security system, to the SONOS....EVERYTHING down to a zester in the kitchen. The appliances work great, everything is state of the art. You won't need to buy anything, just bring your clothes and toiletries! The guesthouse is in a very central location. Many stores, restaurants, and a brewery are within walking distance. The area is very safe and calm. You are also within walking distance to the light rail! The hosts are wonderful, professional, gracious and thoughtful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, in fact, we look forward to it.

Perfect Place

Such a lovely Casita in a prime location in Central Phoenix. I worked at St. Josephs Hospital which is less than 10min away, which made the commute a piece of cake. I stayed at the casita as a traveler before transitioning as a permanent resident. The casita is close to a lot of other hospitals and the location of the casita has easy access to all the major highways. Living in the casita is very comfortable, with a lot of modern amenities. The landlords, M and M are friendly and hospitable and they respect your privacy. I couldnt have asked for better landlords during my time at the casita. The neighborhood is safe and sits right behind a local school. The sound proofing in the casita is pretty good so you dont hear a lot of noise from the school, unless there is a big event going on at the field, but that is rare. There are a lot of amazing local eateries and bars which are walkable or a quick drive. The casita is 100% worth it! Would recommend to anyone.

Home away from home!

Mike and Michelle have put so much thought and dedication into making this a perfect apartment! Dreamy, beautifully modern decor, awesome amenities (Hulu, Netflix, Sonos, Xbox, etc) and there’s even a pot filler faucet above the stove for when you just can’t make it to the sink. They were always available if anything came up, and are fun to hang out too (they’re both amazing cooks). Space is super close to great spots such as Huss Brewery and the light rail is a short walk away, which will take you downtown quick! If you’re looking for a rental in the Phoenix area, definitely consider!
