Fantastic Studio in a Perfect Location

Cozy and convenient rental!

This studio rental feels more like a one-bedroom and I ended up staying for over a year! It's cute, cozy, and gets plenty of natural light. I loved taking my dog on walks around the neighborhood, to Macrina bakery down the block, and around Maple Leaf Reservoir Park nearby. I never had any issues with street parking, the northgate lightrail station is just a couple minutes away, and it's very easy to hop onto I-5. The full size tub/shower alone sets this rental apart, but the walk-in closet, extra storage closet, and private laundry are also amazing. I was able to make all of my meals in the kitchenette and the freezer/fridge combo was a nice touch that not a lot of kitchenettes have. Beth is phenomenal and this rental is a steal!

Perfect for my travel assignment

Liz was great to me during my time here. The location was perfect for access to the Link at Northgate. I worked Day shift at UW Montelake. 2 min to Northgate, maybe 10-15 ride to the hospital stop. I brought my dogs with me and Liz and family were very accommodating. I loved walking to the Maple Leaf Reservior park which has amazing views of Rainer. Enter and exit through garage, which at first I felt bad, like it was loud or disruptive or something, but honestly wasn't bad at all. Location also makes it easy to get out of the city and head east. Walking distance a few cafes. street parking really wasnt a problem unless some event going on nearby but rarely had to park on the block over.

Perfect Place for Travel Nurses :)

Hello fellow travelers! Beths clean, private, spacious, and beautifully furnished studio was the perfect place to relax and rest during my temporary work assignment in Seattle. Beth went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. There is plenty of storage space for personal belongings and clothes (walk in closet!) and the kitchenette works great for making meals. The location is ideal with many tasty food options within walking distance, maple leaf reservoir park down the street (view of mountains and downtown!) and bus stop a block away.
