Nice, clean guesthouse.

This property is clean and has all the amenities you need including washer, dryer, stove, separate living room, etc. You get your own parking spot next to the front door so you dont have to search for a spot at the end of a long shift. I worked at Southern California Hospital at Culver City and it was a short 20 minute drive with traffic. A was very respectful and communicated well. The price is great considering all utilities are included. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Great Location

Excellent location, very safe and private with easy access to the highway and many shopping areas. The landlord is pleasant and very respectful, quick to respond to inquiries and any concerns one may have. Certainly one of the best living spaces for the price with amenities included. I will certainly return.

Hidden Gem

I stayed here for a contract at Kaiser Permanente on cadillac, it took only 15 min in the morning and maybe 20-30 min in the afternoon to commute. Anthony is a Godsend, he was a very attentive and reassuring landlord, any concerns or issues that came up he handled, if not that day he was certainly on it the next. The place is a beautiful gem, with all of the amenities, everything was perfectly cleaned and decorated, it felt like home. I didn't want to leave.

Beautiful and great place

This property is detached from the home and is like a guest house. It has all the amenities you need away from home. Very clean, beautifully stylish place. Great kitchen with gas stove, washer/dryer. Wooden floors in the bedroom to ceramic tiled kitchen and bathroom. I loved the place. I had my own private parking in front of my door away from the main street. I worked nights and rested well. The owner, Anthony was such a kind and thoughtful person. Several times, I got lost and he was very helpful. bringing my mail to the giving me great directions in the city. GREAT PEOPLE.
