I had such a lovely stay with Liz! Her place is perfect- you seriously cannot find a better deal. You are close to everything in OB, you can walk to sunset cliffs, and the town center easily! I fell in love with OB during my short time there. There are stunning views of the ocean from all over the house, I spent many nights eating on the patio watching the sunset. Liz was so easy to live with, very respectful and easy going!

I came for six months and stayed for 3 years...I work remote and travel, the house was an oasis to come home to. Amazing views, quiet and relaxing. Private off-street parking, so I didnt have to worry about my car when I wasnt there. Liz is great, - accommodating, at the same time, respectful of privacy. We both did our own thing. I couldnt have asked for a better roommate. Great bed, private bath, modern kitchen. Close to the airport, easy access to the 8, the 5 and downtown. Walking distance to OB restaurants, bars, and the beach.

Best Summer Spot

L was the best landlord! I was there for a summer internship for the summer of 2021. The house is in a quiet spot of OB but is walkable to the main strip of food and shops. It was a very nice, clean, and peaceful place to come home to after work each day. I had everything I needed and the views are stunning! I consider myself very lucky to have stayed here.

I would 1000% recommend living here. Not only is the property and the area super nice with unbelievable views, but L is also one of the best roommates I have had the pleasure of living with. She is super accommodating and respectful. When I come back to San Diego in the future, this is where I want to live again hands down!

Great location and roommate

The property is in a great location with an amazing view of the ocean. Walking distance to Newport ave and sunset cliffs. Liz is awesome, very accommodating and respectful of privacy. Private bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen appliances new and updated. Own parking spot at the house. Has two friendly cats. Cleaning lady every other week. This deal cant be beat! Especially great for travel nurses working night shift, house is quiet during the day.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Liz is quiet and respectful. Close to beach and freeway access to 8 and 5. I was very bust with school and work when I stayed here and I was able to have quiet time to study and work when at the apt. Liz is a great and reasonable person that I felt safe and comfortable when staying at her apt.
