This a private daylight basement apartment with lots of light and open space. We are close to Ballard Locks, Burke Gilman Bike path, beaches, cafes, movie theater and restaurants. It has its own entrance and outdoor space. I live upstairs so there are some sounds from upstairs sink, shower, etc.
I am very quiet. I get up early and go to bed early. There is one older cat that lives with me.

The space is open and light filled. The kitchen and dining area are surrounded by windows and open out onto the private deck. The living room has south facing windows with lots of room to spread out.

Incredible
This is an idealic home to stay in! Im here for awhile still but just completed my first 90 days and Im so in love that Im staying another few months. Whoever lives here after me is truly blessed. Landlady is the nicest human alive and I just adore her! The home is huge and gorgeous, well decorated and very comfortable. The grounds have a very secret garden feel to them. Im just so happy here!
