Air Quality...

Sarah was great. Great proximity to Portland. Off street parking was awesome. Wasn't the quietest location if you are a light sleeper, it didn't bother me much though. However, the air quality was the biggest concern for me. It smelled like cigarette smoke almost daily. The apt might've been smoked in before, but it also smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes and it was coming into the apt. It smelled like the smoke was coming from the garage below, but I couldn't be sure. Sarah was super nice, but the issue was never resolved, so I ended up leaving early. I wouldn't normally leave a poor review but I was so uncomfortable during my stay I would hate to have someone else experience something similar-- especially if they are sensitive to cigarette smoke. If that doesn't super bother you then this place is close and conveniently located for sure.

I rented this property while working as a travel RN at Maine Med. It's the perfect size with a giant kitchen, large washer and dryer and a lot of space for storage. It's only 6 minutes to Maine Med, and less than 10 minutes to DT Portland ! It's close to Willard beach and my favorite bakery (Scratch). Sarah and Ben are extremely helpful and very generous. I had to cut my contract short due to unforeseen circumstances, otherwise I would have stayed much longer!

Great Property!

This was a great property with a great location. Very clean and Sarah was very responsive!! The WiFi became very slow at one point and Sarah was quick to respond and quick to fix the issue, which was great! It was very clean and had enough room to have family come visit which was important to me!! Overall, an amazing stay!!

amazing place

Great location, just 10 minutes from downtown Portland. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Well furnished. Sarah and her husband were available all the time and made us feel at home. Definitely would stay there again.

They made me feel at home. The bed was the most comfortable ever. It was easy to get to Portland. The apartment was well furnished including a nice washer and dryer. I would stay there again if it was available.
