Clean, quiet, peaceful modern home in North Fresno

I am a traveling surgical tech from Chandler, Arizona and my assignment process was rushed. I didn't have much time to find housing in Fresno, but fortunately I came across this property and the owner A was very accommodating and helpful! She's also a traveling healthcare professional (nurse) & understands how difficult it can be to find short term housing rentals. A is professional, friendly, and her home is very clean and modern looking with tasteful decor. I immediately felt at home when I first moved in. Ice cold A/C, newer stainless steel appliances, clean and spacious garage for my car, and the neighborhood is quiet at night, which is very important for me. This area of town is very quiet, peaceful, and safe; grocery store and GB3 gym is literally around the corner, hospital is 10-15 minutes away. Some areas of Fresno have a bad reputation (downtown) and everyone mentions Clovis; but this house near Woodward park is a gem in a great neighborhood! 5 stars, 2 thumbs up!
