Stayed for two months, and I would definitely stay again! Convenient location to get around all of Charlotte, quiet building, lovely windows with lots of natural light, stocked with all things you may need. Only downside is lack of free guest parking around the area, but that's Charlotte in general. Host is perfect- very responsive and checked in periodically for any needs!

E. 6th St. Apt.

Very convenient location; was a five-to-ten minute drive to Uptown, even with morning traffic. It was also a quick drive to Southend and other popular spots around Charlotte. The owner was very responsive and always reaching out to see how she could assist with anything. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay

I stayed here for 4 months and truly loved it! The place is well equipped and had everything I needed. Location is fantastic as it's only about a 5-minute walk to all that Uptown has to offer. I had one small issue during my stay and the landlord handled it immediately. I also really appreciated that she checked in with me from time to time to make sure everything was going okay and that I had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again!

Great Location

This was the perfect location to Levine Children's. I loved how it was so walkable to lots of fun stuff. There's a cute farmer's market just down the street and lots of restaurants within a 20 min walk. Even walked to the stadium to catch a Panther's game! The building is quiet without loud neighbors. Only down side is finding free guest parking. Great experience staying here.

Great Location near Uptown Charlotte

Great and convenient location to Uptown in Charlotte. The walk to many of the Charlotte venues is between 5 and 10 minutes. Nice modern decor with a great shower and washer and dryer. Easy access with parking. An Amazon locker if you need to have packages delivered or an Amazon pickup at Whole Foods is less than a 10-minute drive. Check-in and Check-out were easy, facilitated by the very responsive owner.

Queen City Gem

I absolutely loved my stay in this cute little studio setup! They definitely made the space feel much bigger than it actually is and it was really perfect for me! The location is amazing, just a short walk to so many things in uptown/downtown Charlotte! And every where else is just a short drive! The landlords are super kind and responsive! They even refilled some of the things at the apartment! I would definitely stay here again! The only issues I had was with packages deliveries and visitor parking isnt the easiest, but still possible!

Uptown Funk

Loved this condo! Very safe neighborhood within walking distance to fun bars and clubs. Views of the spectrum center from the living room. Landlord is very responsive. Had an issue and was it was quickly resolved! Only complaint is the couch is pretty low to the ground. Could be upgraded, but otherwise would stay here again! Just note, no standard oven. The microwave is and "oven" but not really.

Travel Nurse at Atrium

This studio was wonderful! My boyfriend and I stayed here while I was on assignment. It was spacious and got amazing natural light. The patio was wonderful for spend time on. Designated parking was a breeze not having to worry when coming home. And the location was perfectly placed and close to everything! Would definitely stay here again! R was also a wonderful contact and always readily available for any help or questions.

Great condo

Stayed here for approximately 3 months for work, and really enjoyed my stay. The location is a safe area, and close to everything that Charlotte offers. The host was very attentive and friendly. The condo was comfortable and is exactly as pictured. I would stay here again if work ever brought me back to Charlotte. Thanks for a great stay!

Charlotte Apartment

Cozy apartment! Perfect, safe spot in Charlotte that is close to everything. We werent ready to leave. The landlord responded quickly, checked in to see if we needed anything, and was accommodating. Would recommend renting this apartment.

One of the best furnished rentals in Uptown Charlotte. Excellent host and accommodations. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable stay while visiting/working in Charlotte.
