I stayed here during my move to Boston for work. I couldnt have picked a better location and rental. This place is d ad ll about the location! Right around the corner for Centre St and the pond. Great for if you have a dog. Marianne was always responsive while also giving you your space. The kitchenette is small but there are so many good restaurants and food options you rarely need to cook. I would definitely stay here again if Im in the neighborhood.

My little piece of Boston heaven

This is an adorable space for a (temporary) long term stay. It is very roomy (especially for one person). It's quiet and cozy. It has the essentials you need-as long as you don't want to cook grande meals. BUT why cook when you are surrounded by such amazing restaurants, most within walking distance. If you want a quick simple made at home meal-you have the essentials to cook in this space. This place has charm and is in a great location. Plenty of HOT water. The landlord/host is wonderful! She made sure everything was going well, communicated well, and responded quickly any time I text her. The area is also a dream. So close to everything Boston, but the neighborhood by itself is fun. JP is walkable with lots of green space, as well as coffee shops, ice cream, boutiques, and great food. You won't be disappointed. Rent this!

If this place is available, just grab it now. Stop looking elsewhere, get this before you lose it. The landlady is exceptional. She is friendly, responds to issues very quickly and almost invisible. She is there when you need her. The place itself is very cozy and I don't mean small. Well kept, inside and out. Comfortable. Awesome location. Walk to restaurants, grocery, hardware, retail, ICE CREAM!!!! resale and almost anything else Again, grab this gem as fast as you can.

Great space!

This is a great space! Super cute, with a peaceful little backyard with a fire-pit and cushioned furniture. Lots of windows for fresh air. Everything worked like its supposed to. Amazing claw foot tub for a soak. Beautiful walks through the park just a couple of blocks away. If you are going to work at the Faulkner hospital, you can walk to and from work through the peaceful park to start your day or unwind after. Easy access to the bus, subway, grocery store, and an easy walk up town as well. Laundry in the basement all functioning. Gas grill to use. The bed is comfy and the serta sleeper was just as good. On top of that Marianne is a great host! Quick to respond, very kind easy to work with, and very inviting into the area! I have really enjoyed my stay here and you will too!
